Refused to give me my online order, even though I had the receipt, saying it didn't come up on the screen in the shop. Just very rude and no sense of customer service. Great support from Burger King via the app.
I went there tonight and they messed up my order and then the lady argued with me trying to tell me that we didn't order what we order they never give a receipt lesson learned on that one always asking for a receipt finally did get our order fixed but one of the sandwiches is a half an hour old at this point and she practically threw it at us worst customer service ever

FOOD WAS DRY NASTY & OLD!! THEY MESSED UP THE ORDER I KEPT CALLING SEVERAL TIMES NO ONE ANSWERS!! I WILL NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN!

We go to burger king quite often. Unfortunately, occasionally they short us on our order, so I always have my 10 year old grandson, who is usually with me check the order. He checked, but when we got home we were short a fish sandwich. I usually will not go back, but I decided to call to let them know I was not pleased, but no one answered the phone. There should be a kind of check and balance because it is very frustrating to get home and find out you paid for something you didn't get.
There was no one else in line, I got my order quickly, but the impossible burger I ordered was undercooked and cold. I ordered a chocolate shake too that wasn't mixed well and still had thick chunks of chocolate flavoring that was noticable while drinking. Totally ruined my meal :/

I ordered 2 crispy tacos. they were pretty good. And only cost me $2.80
Long line, middle of the day. Got my burger order wrong, and didn't go back.
