I've lived and worked all over northern and southern California and eat Mexican food several times per week, as I have for over twenty years. I even had a place in Rosarito for a few years. I'm trying to think of I've ever had worse Mexican food anywhere. There used to be a taco truck that would make you sick from time to time but it was delicious. At least this place didn't make us sick, but it stands out as the worst tasting Mexican food anywhere. The enchilada sauce especially was bad. It was so bitter and metallic it was completely inedible.

Was looking for fast, good Mexican food. What I got was fast, poor, incomplete Mexican food. The al pastor torta says it comes with pork, guacamole, lettuce; I received pork, tomatoes, jalapenos and lettuce, no guacamole. It sucks that their site can't get the food descriptions correct. I shouldn't be surprised, phone number on site was also wrong. (Called to fix order after got home)Same thing with the carne asada fries, no guacamole.Management was accommodating, however, the guacamole is gross! Spicy and like soup, not guac with salsa, just soupy, like watered down powder. Why I won't be back:Black plastic I crunched on. It's not that burnt on tasty stuff or even black pepper, it's legit plastic.Done, not going back.

I ordered a beef burrito combo and a chicken taco about 30 minutes ago. Got home tasted the chicken taco first soooo salty the hot sauce couldn’t make it better. Pushed it aside bit into the burrito and it was at least 98% veggies a tiny bit of beef over wrapped in a huge flour tortilla so big it wrapped twice around the contents like a coat. Barely any sauce in the little cups. This meal cost me 20.50. I called them but they refused answering the phone. I had to leave leave a message. Will NOT go back there.

The customer service here is so helpful and fast, but my burrito was the most disappointing thing I've ordered in a long time, if not ever. I've always had decent food experiences in the Bay Area, if not decent, but this isn't it. The meat was very poor quality, the sour cream was extra sour, the cheddar cheese (weird choice of cheese, but okay) was laid right next to a ton of lettuce, so it didn't melt. It reminded me of eating cold Taco Bell soft tacos. I couldn't taste any seasoning on my meat except salt. The churro and horchata saved my day, otherwise I would have had to give 1 star.Maybe it's a personal issue, but I also found it super awkward that they ask you how much you want to tip at the window. Drive thru's should have a standard surcharge in lieu of tips at the window or no tips at all.

I honestly don't mean to bash a restaurant, especially one I've been coming to for as long as it's been open. But twice now they've gotten my order wrong.I ordered a monster burrito with carne asada, I got chicken instead. On my receipt it says carne asada so it's not the cashiers fault. But it's frustrating to get an order wrong two times in a row.

Not bad at all... I got a monster burrito with steak. The steak was just OK, not trimmed very well & had some pieces of fat & gristle in it. But the flavor was good & the size of burrito for the $ was a good value.

Not all locations on this chain are the same. I really like this one on Columbus. The chili rellenos are delicious, and there are still a few specials you can get for under $10 including a fountain drink - if the fountain is working. Today they gave ame a can of soda instead with my 3 rolled tacos (with guac and cheese), and rice and beans. Good solid take out Mexican food. I like it!

Decent food. Really like their spices in their wet burritos but hardly any red sauce and the "grilled chicken" are little bits of pre-made chicken which I found strange and uninviting. They charged me for sour cream but forgot to put it on the order. Also kind of expensive for what they serve. I will try them to see if they are any better. They have a sign at the drive through window that says free chips and salsa for customers. Didn't find any in our order.

I've tried food here twice one from the redwood location and now from the columbus pkwy location. There are so many other places to get decent food. This just isnt it. At redwood location i got flautas and a tostada. Worst food ive ever had. At this location i got a carnitas burrito. Carnitas weren't what i call carnitas but at least it was cooked. The burrito was okay. My daughter got a quesadilla. As a kid who loves quesadillas she ate half and threw out the rest. This is just very sub par food at the end of the day im not going to go out of my way to come here again.

This place is easily the worst “restaurant” I’ve been to. I’ve tried them 15+ times and they have messed up my order a good 90% of the time. Every time I return to get the food fixed, I get attitude in return and not even a simple apology. I order the same thing every time….al pastor nachos. My last chance I gave them, my NACHOS came with rice mixed in it and no guacamole. They clearly were making a burrito then realized it was nachos and just rolled the insides piled on chips without properly correcting it.Horrible customer service
