It says it open until 1am... have been here a couple of times at 12:30am when staff is inside and they won't take your order

DO NOT LET WORKERS TOUCH YOUR FOOD AFTER HANDING IT OUT WHILE ASKING FOR AN ERROR TO BE CORRECTED. THEY WILL JUST CONTAMINATE IT BY HANDLING IT WITH DIRTY HANDS AND NOT CORRECT THE ORDER. THIS WAS DONE BY THE MANAGER ?????????????????????????????ANDWe bought 1 fiesta veggie burrito and 1 $5 box for a total of about $7 on February 2,2022 at about 3:55 pm. All burritos had meat including the vegan one. Manager insists on handling all food for proof of their mistake. We insist that if she touches them we will request a new untouched box due to Covid contamination. She touches all food sees that all have meat and does not apologize and disrespectfully returns the touched contaminated food to us without correcting the vegan burrito. As a vegan, I love Taco Bell. As Covid worsens I don’t trust that workers feel entitled to touch given out food and then return it without correcting the order only to just contaminate it. As a vegan and as a cusTomer concerned for safety and health practices of food handling, Taco Bell must enforce better sanitation practice or it will sicken its customers…In the end I am vegan who got no vegan burrito. Taking my vegan cravings elsewhere, and this made my who family reconsider eating at Taco Bell again.

I only go for the cookies, pies, and sweet tea.

Very upset posted hours say they are open 7am - 10pm on Sundays, stopped in to get some food at 9:15pm and nobody answered drive-thru, front was locked, person inside looked like they were making food. So I tried the drive thru one more time... again nobody taking orders. Didn't even say, sorry we're closed. I even went as far as stopping at the window and was honking my horn to get the workers attention. Apparently she was tired and didn't even acknowledge that I was there. It is super frustrating when a place is supposed to be open and they aren't. At least have the courtesy to post a sign on the door, saying whatever and that they are closed. It's the least you could do. Instead of making your customer waste their time trying to figure out whether or not you are open.

So this place is ok, I order my food mostly on the app so I can get my food quick lol !The staff is cool for the most part...This place is not really that pack, either walk-in or drive-thru !Overall I don't have issues with this taco bell ! ?Oh n the food is good for the most part!

Yeah this place was great quick Service and the food was awesome

Live few blocks away so have stopped by many times but won't be going back anymore. Too many orders are done incorrectly but you still get charged the extra charge. I normally order extra beef on Taco and soda w/o ice but they just can't figure it out. Drive through isn't normally busy, guessing that could be due to orders not being done correctly. Employees also don't seem very interested in helping fix the problem.
