Manager was so rude and they missed up my order. And they didn’t even tell us they had the right cup after we payed and had really bad service.
I ordered a venti mango dragon fruit drink and had received a cup of lemonade and blended ice. It was basically a slushee. I spent $4 only to be treated disrespectfully by an employee whose named Ashley and received something I could’ve easily purchased across the street at 7 eleven for $1.
Another day and another mess up from Starbucks. It doesn't matter how many times you verify with them saying \\\"HOT WHITE CHOCOLATE\\\" they still give you \\\"HOT WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA\\\"\\n\\[email protected] can you explain to me HOW \\\"hot white chocolate\\\" sounds like \\\"hot white chocolate MOCHA\\\" because I know the difference, there's MOCHA in the order which I don't want!! I've worked at Starbucks in the past and I understand how Starbucks is all about \\\"partners\\\" and making sure that it creates a safe \\\"THIRD PLACE VIBE\\\" when in reality its all about the money and recycling staff while paying them the minimum wage.\\[email protected] please give the staff a raise so they can actually do the right job and be happy doing it.
Nice enough people at this Bellflower Starbucks. Location is a little dated in terms of the design, small parking lot. Major issue here is that they were out of every breakfast item except butter croissants, which, I'm sorry, is not what I want from a Starbucks at any time.
VERY, VERY, VERY BUSY STORE! It's almost always backed up with people. If you go, expect to wait between 15-30 minutes. Otherwise, the staff there are pretty patient and nice considering everything they have to contend with. Also, the store is one of the few large ones left, making it a good place to meet with friends, clients or co-workers for coffee and conversation. Note: Parking can be limited during peak times.*People: PLEASE BE NICE to your servers!*

It's Starbucks so it's good but the people here are so friendly and love how they have little jokes for you when you get to the window.everyone always seems to be happy to be there i make this my coffee stop for sure

They are always friendly the drive thru is fast and the drinks are always good and they seem not to run out of the favorite drinks unlike other Starbucks

(I love the one without coconut milk) I have no idea what’s in the drink even after you told me a few times now but it’s my favorite haha! I call it “The Kennedy” !!!
