Ordered 2 original chicken sandwich and large fries. Everything was room temperature. I wouldn't recommend this location and won't be back
Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes and when I got to the window my order was still not done. Drive off after employee told me they were still working on it. I get being short staffed but give notice of the delay in advance at least.
This chicken was terrible and the customer service was bad as well. This was a waste of money. I'll never go back here.
1st: pulled into the drive thru, it did not alert them and we had to pull around to the window to order.2nd: our order was completely wrong. They gave us the wrong food. We got nothing of what we ordered.
One of my main places to grab some food. convenient location, neat, and awesome customer service. A must try!
This place moves very slow there doesn't seem to be urgency and I wouldn't consider it fast food because it took a long time. This was at 3 o'clock in the afternoon on a weekday so nothing like a traffic or rush hour scenario
Shows that they close at 2200. App allows you to order and pickup before 2200. Placed my order at around 21:50 and arrived 21:55. Store is closed already…. hmmmm
This is for the Popeyes located on Rosecrans in Gardena California. I am disgusted with this meal. The chicken is uncooked. Gross!! My son ordered this on 11/30/2021 through Door Dash and this is what he got. I want a full refund and we have been turned off by the food. I am going to contact the corporate headquarters about this. There is no way you should ever served uncooked food.
Out of all the Popeyes, this place is unfortunately the worst. Line take forever and the chicken is old, not crispy. I have been here once before and the quality was better.
Bad experience. The doors are closed to order inside and no sign to let you know. Went through drive through and the person taking my order had a bad attitude. Worst customer service ever!
