The manager on duty today 06/03/22 at 1pm was very rude, she called me to said she had canceled the order I had place online for delivery because she didn’t have a driver. When I asked her to please don’t cancel that I was going to do carry out she said To late it has been canceled already on our end. I ask for the name of the person canceling the order and she said I’m not going to give it to you and hang up.
Finally they brought back the right stuff. We had stopped going after they changed the crust ingredients during the beginning of Covid. Now they are Back and I'm Loving it!!!
Make sure your delivery driver handles the pizza with care. One side of my pizza was smashed. Also I did not agree to contactless deliver and the driver left my pizza on the ground. I have a lot of trees where I live so there are a lot of bugs around.
i buy a pizza today 12/31/21 at 9:45 pm and my pizza was over cooked and dry and no tomato sauce and i call pizza hut and talked to the manager Liza and Liza said did I touch the pizza and I said yes my kids and me we were hungry and liza said no I can’t give you another pizza And i told her to please give me a fresh pizza and Liza said and if we were planing to go to the place to harass her she was going to close the door and she didn’t have nothing to make the pizza so she made me feel so bad that was are dinner for new year’s eve and she treated me so bad ..horrible place to buy a pizza
My internet order was processed at 9:57pm on 12/2/22 and my pizza was not delivered. I called the store many times and it would ring busy. I drove to the store at 11:10pm because per website stores closes at midnight and store was already closed. My card was charged. Very upset about this.
The ham and bacon and extra cheese on my Order was very disappointing. There was so little of those topping that I could not taste or see any of them.
The pizza was raw! And it was stuff crust and it didnt have cheese at all.
On-line service -- Easy. Delivery within the timeframe -- perfect. Tastiness of the food -- YUMMI
Delivery was prompt and delivery person was nice and polite.
My pizza was under cook the dough was still super stretchy and not good. Had to throw out the pizza
