This may be a very weird review. I used to live in Downey 35 years ago and I remember my brother bringing home burrito from Omega burger and it tasted great. Then my brother and I stopped in to eat in restaurant. We ordered the burrito while sitting there I noticed cockroaches crawling on the seat and on the table needless to say that's the last time we ever had an Omega burrito. I'm sure a lot has changed in the past years but I'm just relating and experience that I remember.
My husband and I started the tradition 22 years ago and have been coming here every since with our children. We travel from Downey just for these burgers, no other will do. The staff has always been friendly. We have gotten to know them all, even after the ownership change. The new owner is just as friendly. Food has not changed and is still great!!!!!! I hope our kids keep the tradition and bring their families here too.
Four times my wife and I ordered food on Friday after 5 p.m. and a very long work week. We have ordered steak sandwiches, Pastrami sandwich, turkey burger, cheeseburger and just now fish and fries. Too "much" fat on meats, very difficult to enjoy when you're chewing on mostly fat, the fish were small pieces (burnt) over fried/cooked and tasted like a frozen microwaved dinner, 75% fries in meal that were bland and not tasty and the burgers were sloppy with wet lettuce, under cooked patties and the styro-foam containers were very warped, so they obviously microwaved the food in them because we order the food before hand over the phone...that's not safe to eat...very disappointed. Have no idea how they have more than 2 stars?? They need to buy better quality food and get new cooks. Waste of money and ruined my Friday evening several times. So done trying to give them a chance.

Great experience, the food is very fresh, staff are very friendly and nice, prices are very feasible! Price matches quality.In such hard times I love to support local businesses and encourage everyone to do so. Good job! Will be our regular to go place.
OMG! This the cutest burger spot I have ever been too! Not to mention that the burgers are better than IN-and-OUT’s. This place is a great reason to visit Bellflower!

Great food,friendly and fast service and super clean!!!! If you’re looking for an American diner experience this place it is. My server Mani was super star he was constantly checking on us,refilling our coffee. The food was so fresh and delicious! we got club sandwich with fries, and hamburger. All in all it was an amazing lunch 10 stars for Omega!!!!!

Food was not all that great. Everything we had was bland and not seasoned well. Kinda disappointed as it was so highly recommended
