Their sausage is tasty,bacons are crisp, lightly salted really perfect for breakfast. There is something about their hashbrowns that I didn't like. Probably it was bland and too mushy.They have a huge waiting area with couches as seats.Toy vending machines are also available in the waiting area, this keeps the kids busy. Norms is good no doughty. My only issue is with the waitress that served me took my/our order by memory without writing anything down and when the food came, it was a mixed order. She appalagised and the order was fixed. However, when it was time for the bill. I got a bill for those items that I didn't order plus what I actually ordered.All I can say for anyone out there to always check your bill. And, the other problem. That falls on management to better train their employees correctly. I been going to this same Norms restaurant for 31 years now and never seen a waitress try to memorize an entire two person order without having to write it down. Writing the customer's order down insures there are no mistakes made and keeps track to who is who when serving a magnitude of people like at this location and it was a crowded early afternoon.My tip was a penny. That is my own personal message to what one mistake to another comes down to and I'm sure waitress depend on good tips as well. But if Norms wants to keep there good name ( at least at this location), better customer service has to be presented. I work for UPS and understand that my customers that I serve deserve outstanding service. That is why a order form was invented and should be used. I hope my next trip to Norms proves to be an improvement with my/our order.
We stopped by for breakfast before heading home. It was fairly busy but we only had to wait for about 15 mins for a table. Once we ordered, it was about 20 mins for the food. The food itself was okay. Good temp. My son enjoyed the French fries... his review was critical so that is a plus.
My Dad's favorite place to take us for breakfast when we visit! It's a staple because even if it looks packed they always get you in and fed quick! Good food at a good price and friendly staff! They serve a lot of great food and serve breakfast all day. Open 24 hours so it's always a good time to stop in and grab a bite.
Not worth the price. Prices, are equal to Denny's but not the quality. The food is not as good either. The environment is just like eating at the flea market., And the service is very plain and simple . Definitely not coming back
You guys made us extremely uncomfortable by telling us you guys are closing the dining in 80 minutes with attitude. After we were seated your waitress rolled her eyes after telling us again the dining room closed in 80 minutes so we just left because we were afraid of getting spit on our food. You guys could have easily just told us that the dining room was closed and if we wanted to do take out! I would've happily gotten take out!
They seated our party of 5 quickly. Service was prompt and food was served before I finished my cup of coffee. Enjoyed the Social Breakfast eggs, link sausage, hash browns, and buttermilk pancakes. We really enjoy this Cafe. We have been eating in this establishment for over 20 years.
Place was nice and clean, did have to wait half a hour to get sat but understandable with everything going on, our server was very attentive and had just a great vibe. Definitely will return here if I'm in the area again.
Food was so good, the steak was on point. What made it a good experience here was the customer service the waiter gave us. I cant pronounce her name but she was a Arabian looking lady shout out to her. Thank you for the great service you gave us.
