Drive-thru wasn't cool at all long story short waited too long left lane was slow I had to bump my music and sorry not sorry but they must of hurd how upset I was when i got to order! specially with little kids in the car. ? and I had to go infront of the cars who was behind me who move to the other lane and yet order before me obviously when I get to the window they new what car was next but when I told him that my order was the one he just took ... next time I'll take pictures for a better rate!
Ordered a large #3 through the drive thru and was told to wait. A couple mins pass which was not to bad, I see large fries and figure it’s all good.Once I get home I see that it’s just a plain cheeseburger, which is me essentially losing $9 of my $11 meal.I think screw it let me go back cause that’s me missing out on 90% of my total.I get back there and let them know what happened and the window cashiers were nice and helpful, and even agreed to ask if I could have something for the troubles.But the reason I’m giving the McDonald’s a 1 star is that once I got back home again I try to pick up my sandwich and it only has one bun.Hoping it wasn’t intentional, I still have to say I simultaneously felt Frustrated, Annoyed, GREASY, and done with it all.Thank you for the 10 extra nuggets but it didn’t make up for my order being jacked up a second time.
Walked to this location to get my fiance and I some breakfast. When I attempted to open the door it was locked. The hours on the door said 5am and it does so on Yelp too. When the lady came to the door she said their store hours are not updated and to just use my car for the drive thru. I told her I walked here and she just said sorry and closed the door... Who closes a door on a pregnant lady? What a waste of a trip.
Deserves NO stars. Disgusting. Zero customer service. Human at the drive thru window saw his friends coming to visit him, and instead of doing his job, started screaming "OH F*** NO!!!!" over and over, I suppose because he was happy to see them, then he got all kinds of hysterical and started shouting for "VANESSA!!!!VANESSA!!" to tell her he was going to be abandoning his post to go visit or something...who knows, I was just the dummy in the drive thru trying to pay for the privilege of being subject to this. I am not a prude, and I know and use curse words, but this is ridiculous. That human and VANESSA!!!! and anybody else can make their own language choices, but it is inappropriate to talk like that on the job. Before you start whining and get defensive, NO IT ISN'T. You haven't dragged everyone down to your level yet, and some of us won't ever go there with you...in fact, when you go low, we go high. In fact, if I had rolled up on that human and started with F this and F that, I bet he is the type of hypocrite who would get all offended. VANESSA!!!! too, for that matter. Do not support these types. Go somewhere with respectful employees. Most other places at least do not allow the staff to scream curses when supposedly serving the public. Don't give your money to people like this, there's other McDonalds nearby, if you really must have McDonalds. Additionally, if you are into this kind of thing, you and others of your ilk can go to this dump and mingle with people like you; there will be a shorter wait for me and the other civilized people at the places where we are treated with at least a modicum of respect. The humans here don't even know the meaning of the word.
Ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers and received cheese on buns with no meat. Plain meant no tomatos, pickles or sauce. I get the meat patties for my dog.Other part of order had two Cheeseburger McDoubles special. The meat was charred overcooked and dry. Also the hamuger patties are wafer thin.The only good things were a frozen coke and large fries this day.
So remodeled and new McDonald's waiting for almost 2 1/2 years in the Easter Ave EastLA finally is reopen everything look amazing and fresh.
Let's be frank McDonald's is Delicious, but this location is totally trash we got employees who are so quiet for no reason and the food presentation is Garbage. My Chicken Sandwich had pieces of hair and tasted like soap, i ordered my wife a Crispy Spicy Chicken sandwich too and they only put the chicken between 2 buns, My "Large" Fries only have like 10 fries in them, Yall got to get rid of these employees and hire some that actually do their job right. If not Sell this spot to a real Restaurant like Dave's Hot Chicken ??

The lady at the cash register took off when I got to the window. I waited about 5 minutes for her to return. I mentioned she took a long time to come back. She gave me quite an attitude and was rude.
Why they ice cream machines only work when its cold outside ? so disappointing like lucky there a food for less next door, burgers king is up right now they ice cream machines are rarely down
