I don't know if it's due to the whole "not being able to find workers due to the bs covid" or what but, we went there tonight at 8:30pm and ordered. I kid you not, every single person in there was literally waiting on their order, and there were only 2 workers handling about 50 people!!! The wait was extremely long and we did not get our food until 9:35!!! An hour later!!! By that time I had already finished my drink while I was waiting, and to top it all off, it was extremely freezing in there. Well, another example of how shifty customer service has become!! Unfreaking believable!!!
I am a huge fan of King Taco. The food is just tasty.I usually go for tacos de chicharrón and a taco de asada con todo. There is just something about this location. It is always really, really packed. Even pre-pandemic. I believe this is a testament to the reputation King Taco has of having delicious food. So I can understand it.BUT still - me and my partner just ordered and we've been waiting 30 minutes for our food and it seems we might be looking at waiting 30 minutes more. Then I see 6 windows and only 2 employees manning them.In addition, I've had negative experiences at this place with customer service before today. The salsa quandary always seems to cause the workers to have a bit of an attitude it seems sparked by it. And the customer gets it. I feel this also has to do with why it takes such an incredibly long time to get your order.Overall, it just never is an enjoyable experience here ever. Other King Taco locations are a little better and well run in my opinion.Right now for example the tables are all full but of people waiting for their food not eating. It's a little bit surreal. We are close to hitting the hour waiting.
The food is good the flavor or in the meats are ok .But the service in this place is the most inefficient from all the king tacos that I've been .We spend half an hour in line to order and 48 minutes to receive our order.I'm not coming back to this place anymore
I always love the Food here at King Taco. Came with a bunch of Family/Friends. the Lengua Taco's the Al Pastors or even the Cabeza is always great , the burritos and all, only thing. Just didn't like was some of my family didn't get the little things that they needed like Extra Napkins or even lemon but I understand if They ran out of it due to Covid limited on resources but not Complaining I was full ate good but still needed that Lemon. Over all you guys are great!!! Thanx!!!
I have children ranging from 4-17 years old. They all love it, something on the menu for everyone. Some things I dislike about ki g taco are that they are stingy with their hot sauce, their tortillas for tacos are not good quality,They get cold and hard very quick and the cleanliness, as far as tables go is not so good. Overall food is fast and very good, it's a place you can't stay away from, food has a distinct taste, especially their hot sauce. ?
Great place for burritos and tacos. At the time they were understaffed for lunch hour but this place is always busy. Taste food makes up for the waiting. If you're in a rush don't come here
Food is good it will take you between 20 to 25 minutes just order and anther 10 to 15 just too call you for order. This just because of covid-19, but you can set eat if you want as long there room...
Take my money! I love King Taco and it’s easily in the same tier as In-N-Out and Chick-Fil-A fast food. My east coast buddies always hit up this spot when they visit and we don’t have a single complaint waiting in the long line out the door. It’s worth it and their burritos and tacos with the green sauce, less talk and more eating. Carne asada, al pastor, lengua, cabeza, chicharron, all great. The sopes and the carne asada nachos – they’re delicious. Just fight the urge to eat here frequently because of the high saturated fat and sodium level.Plenty of parking as it shares the lot with a grocery store. Easily a 5-star fast food. Highly recommend it if you haven’t tried it.
Great food. The best food I had in LA
Visiting from Seattle I'm aware that there are better tacos than King Taco, but the tacos here are always good. I wish Seattle had a local chain that is this solid and would always hit the spot. The Al Pastor tacos and asada tacos are delicious paired with the red hot sauce, the green hot sauce is also tasty. I tried the tamales for the first time (pork and mole) and they are very good. I would recommend them especially the pork tamales.
