worst jacks ever ! 2nd time in a row that they forget stuff in my order and they say they will fix the problem and never do
This Jack n the Box is awesome. The night crew is terrific. The customer service is outstanding. The young lady Ms. Manding was sweet with smiles when she took my order. The night crew is so cool. They interact with one another and make working at this location look very enjoyable. I’m currently jobless and homeless but coming to eat at this location makes me want to work here.
Cant believe this location says 24hrs, but they are closed and it aint even midnight! I stop here before work at times to get ice coffee etc. How Ridiculous! I mean is Jack in the box you would think that they would hold to their word, acting like a straight mom-and-pop restaurant.
Chicken sandwich and fries were good.

They put the wrong order in and they can't speak English properly.
8/24/2021My DRIVE THRU visit at Jack in the Box on Rosecrans & Woodruff in Bellflower, Ca. was AMAZING!!! EVERYTHING WAS FRESH & HOT just like I ordered it. "LEISA" was the BEST, Friendliest, Courteous, Person I have Ever Experienced at this location. I have been going here for over 12 years. Thank You LEISA. You delivered EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The old way. Tone of Service, greeted with Smile and Hello. SHE even Thanked me and told me to HAVE A NICE DAY. How about that. We do not hear that these days. Thanks Again LEISA. God Bless You.
