Great customer service provided everything I ordered including utensils and condiments..
The service is not bad but the fatigue of the few employees is visible. As I have a lot of time waiting for the food to be ready, I noticed that the cashier handled money and food without changing gloves. At the same time I saw another employee handling garbage and food without changing gloves as well.
They need to properly post their operation hours, because they are always randomly closed
They need to teach the workers here some manners. I came in here and the girl who took my order gave me an attitude with such an angry tone. When I received my food I had asked the other employee for ketchup and she literally threw it inside my bag, i asked for at least 2-3 more ketchup bags since she only gave me one and her answer was a simply “NO”. Terrible customer service!

If There was a no star button I would’ve preferred to give this jack a no star . I only have a 30Min lunch and no one was answering in the drive thru so I pull up to the window and start honking and she tells me oh u need to order before I was like well I’ve been trying to and no one is answering she smiles and closes the window . So then I just took off.
My overall experience with Uncle Jack is good ! I love the app because it mskes everything simple and quick and I recommen you get the app so you can get your food fast, that's of course you five minutes at least head start cuz some foods takes awhile !But love Uncle Jack and some of their food and the service !See you soon Uncle J ?
