Best shrimp tacos I have ever had, the seasoning is really delicious. I also had their Esquite and it's better than "LA michuacana". It's really buttery and delicious. Also try their Flan, it's really creamy
Get the mega surf and turf taco. It's fire.
Have been multiple times now, taco meat portions are consistently generous, flavorful but go down better with salsa. The red salsa is spicier but goes well with the Mexican asada tacos and crispy beef tacos. Green salsa is good with chicken, carnitas and al pastor. Overall good food for the price, restaurant is always clean and the staff are friendly.
Was excited to try this place but not sure if I'd go back. Tacos are pretty expensive for what they are. The Crispy Taco (potato) was $3.55 ? the cheese was weird like had a film/chalky taste to them- if it's vegan cheese would make sense but it didn't specify this. I also had the Taco Lite with potato and it was supposed to be grilled potato but the potato was undercooked- like still opaque and hard. I also had a Cali Soft Taco with asada and this was probably the best one, other than the cheese issue. My husband got a vegan burrito that he really enjoyed and felt was appropriate for the $8 price tag. The salsa was good.
Absolutely love this place and great food always fresh. The only complaint that I would have about it, is that when the mask mandate was lifted, they would not serve US unless we wore a mask in the facility, which we then made the decision to not buy from them because of their request which they're allowed to request. But we need to remember that we have a constitutional right to choose what we want to do with our body and we need to remember that we cannot force people's fear and opinions on others.
Living in Los Angeles County; California, for that matter, choosing and eating great Mexican food is a real treat. You’ll often hear from other friends and family, “been there and done that,” kind of reaction is all too dreadful and too familiar; and the propinquity of too many Mexican restaurants to choose from and finding the right one that serves great food may seem like a task in on of itself. But I was fortunate enough to have received a recommendation to go and try El Torazo Restaurant on Bellflower Blvd., and oh boy, what a treat, indeed. The food is delicious, the shrimp tacos are amazing and the staff is young and friendly. Since I’m always on the go, their speedy service was very much appreciated! You can count me in as fan. You got my 100% stamp of approval. You bet; I’m going back for more!
Food was a hit. I ordered Tacos and all the sides that go with it. My office was raving about it. Loved the quality, taste and I liked the promptness. We will be using them again. I would attach a picture - but there was nothing left :)
I don't know if you ever had the mexican street corn... but I've never tasted it .... I've been in California for 30 some years and never had the mexican street corn on the cob ...it was wonderful.... they have it on the menu (which is a little costly ...$5 almost for one piece of corn)... but the corn is good ....they have other things on your menu that are also good... but the street corn is legit... love it ...love it and if you like street corn.... this is the place to check out... They're open until midnight every day of the week
Best Machaca Burrito I've had in a very long time.... Was plenty to eat.... Asked for my veggies to be on the raw side followed directions no problem! Went thru drive thru after early appointment at Kaiser Permanente.... Really hit the spot...I was hungry!!!!!!
jamaica and orchata had too much sugar jbut the flavor was good. food was great and churros weren't hard like other places. love the rolled up tacos but for some reason the sour cream tasted bitter and i got a stomach upset. place is clean and service was good.
