The Menu in the drive thru says if you have the app that the Salted Signature Caramel Latte is $3. There's a big giant picture of it on the menu board, but they are not on sale even though they are falsy advertising it.07/03/22Still the worst location. Always problems at this location.They should just close already. They never have anything available that they are selling. The location on Lakewood Blvd is always fine but this location isa waste of time
I spent my whole 30 min lunch here waiting for a single drink. Takes forever never again .
The two girls who served me this morning around 640am, one was named Taylor off my reciept, were absolute Allstars. They were severely understaffed and overwhelmed, yet kept their kindness and composure like pros. The managers of this site need to get on their stuff, as a manager of a store. Don't leave your people to suffer. Being a leader is not watching its doing. Fix your scheduling. These girls didn't deserve to go through that. I hope they get everything they want out of life and more, don't take advantage of your staff. Those girls were absolutely amazing and Dunkin donuts does not deserve them.
The guy working at the store put two Boston Creme donuts as chocolate side down in the bag. Not sure if this is a normal way of putting donuts in bags.
Donuts taste old not fresh seems like they were previously frozen not fresh at all & the price of the donuts are ridiculous outrageous they charge $1.60 for one donut from what I remember that is just price gouging. I would not waste my time going to this location bad customer service rude and do not seem like they care about customers at all. Also very limited selection of donuts not a variety the donuts that they have don't seem very tasty basic donuts. Also donuts have gotten a whole lot SMALLER look at the donuts when you buy them.
I went to Dunkin donuts and liked to died...They didn't have the syrup for salted caramel ice coffee that was supposed to be on sell for $3 for a medium. The young lady who waited on me was very specific and apologetic...I heard this Dunkin' donuts has a bad reputation for not having product...Never again will I visit this location first and last time..?
Maple bar was good. Their "apple fritter" isn't an apple fritter at all, it's an apple jelly filled donut that is a 3/10. The iced coffee was a solid 2/10. I'm not sure what all the hype is about from my east cost ppl. Better donuts and better coffee at 9/10 corner donut shops. I was also in the drive through line for 20 minutes. Pretty ridiculous. Staff was polite.
Lady was rude from start to finish kept saying anything else or is that it after each item. Then one I paid I was waiting. Once she opened she asked what I was waiting for them she got my coffee and once I said I’m still waiting for my last 2 items she gave them to me and said here that’s it, very rude. Normally don’t leave reviews but she was rude
Every time we come to this Dunkin there is always something wrong with my order. Usually it is missing an item so we have to wait longer for them to make it. The employees aren't professional, some iced coffee spilled while I was handed my drink, she just said sorry and didn't even give me napkins. So I had to ask for that. We keep coming because the coffee is good, that's it.
By far the nicest Dunkin’ Donuts we have been to! The people are incredibly friendly here and their service is very fast! Great job, here!
