I go to pick up my order to look on the computer online computer they don't have my order but in the process he asked me was I high what so I make another order just disregard what he said he's Young waited I'm already leery because this is the second time this time I want to see the pizza before I pay for it lo and behold it was half of this and half of that he's ma'am that's what you ordered okay whatever at the 35 minutes later just give it to me and go already know I ain't going back to you
Feeling like a pizza night. Decided to go to our local Dominos and we are never let down. Our driver Alexis was awesome! She delivered our 3 Peps and Chicken wings on time, hot and we are chowing down. Thanks for getting customer service right Dominos!!
Last night went to pick up my online order it said 25minutes those 25min turned into 1hr 15min bad costumer service, there was five of us waitting to get help. Employees would just glance at us and look away a hispanic older lady eating walking around instead of helping so unprofessional.
Had to change my review. As of lately they keep messing up. Forgetting paid items, this last one made by Reinier, is missing the toppings....completely, burned and missing cheese in large spots. They refused to answer the phone, so now I have to have my bank reverse the charge. No more games for me.
Go to this dominos all the time, easy to order food online and pick up, always consistent.

This Domino’s has always “delivered”. Never a bad slice from these guys. The staff is also quite friendly; enjoyed nice small talk while our pizza was cooking.
I only have one gripe of dominos ..It's not about the food, that's fineit's about online ordering through the appwith respect to the coupon I routinely useWithout exception, I always have to Google search for the '$5.99 Mix & Match couponsince it's glaringly absent from the app.Then try and pull it into the signed-in appto retain my reward points, a very clunky and often frustrating experience ...Come-on guys ..if the coupon continues to exist ...Include it in the app ...Make my reccuring online ordering easier and not such an infuriating affair ....Raymond Matthews
