-3 stars. Horrible customer service from "Ashally" and the manager. I went in today on my birthday to celebrate with a friend. I had the app downloaded, had the email offer, and offered to show them my ID. There was a technical issue and they struggled to figure out how to get a barcode to scan from the offer. Rather than take responsibility for the issue and honor the offer that I had met the conditions of, they refused to honor the coupon. The cherry on top was when they brought my friends food, they didn't bring utensils, and when he asked for a fork, he was given a spoon and a knife. After this I told Ashally we were leaving and she asked "are you sure?". No offer to try to improve the experience or fix the issue. Just "are you sure?", which by that point of course I was. Awful experience.I'm not sure if this is standard practice with Denny's, but if someone is coming to your business to celebrate, it completely kills the mood when customer service is awful and you're treated like a chore.
El mejor café del mundo y sus pancakes deliciosos
Me gustan sus precios,su café siempre calentito y sus meseros son muy buenos
Buen servicio y muy buena la comida!
The service here is terrible…. some workers are just incompetent. I asked for a build your own grand slam… it comes with 4 items your choice… LITERALLY ON THE MENU SHOWS THE QUANTITY ex. Bacon strips (2) Sausage link (2) my FOUR ITEMS WERE “scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and hashbrowns” NO WHERE DID I SAY “half bacon and half sausage” and they gave me pancakes WHEN I NEVER ASKED!! I just wanted a late night breakfast and I get this depressing cold meal….
I will never eat here again. This place used to be decent. IGo here if you want to starve. You get a strip of salmon, not a piece of salmon. I ordered corn, got about 3 tablespoons. It was a kid's meal! I called to complain, the manager says " since it a franchise, I can only speak to the GM". Girl bye, regardless of it being a franchise, they have to follow Denny's guidelines...
It little confusing when it comes to take out orders. After paying, you're food is picked up at the counter. I was not told that. They need to make it a point to let there customers know that.
Sauteed mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, fire roasted sweet red peppers, spinach scrambled into eggs and topped with cheddar cheese ?, yum!! A side of prime rib AND I CALL IT THE BEST BRUNCH I'VE HAD in a long time!
Called in a phone order for dinner. The employee who answered and took my order was VERY polite, and upbeat. Her demeanor never changed, even when i was having a dee-dee-dee moment she was still very personable and polite. My food was Ready upon arrival, & still hot when I got home (I live approx 5 miles away, and was late picking up food). Believe me when I say, there are a MULTITUDE OF BUSINESSES & EMPLOYEES that could learn a thing or 2 from Denny's employees ( this Denny's on Lakewood in bellflower, ca
Apparently this location is too busy to give you great service. Not going to talk about the lack of curbside ParkingPlaced an order at 1:35pm. Drove up and called them to make sure I’m waiting outside about 10minutes laterSo get this my confirmation said no more then a 20 minute wait. So I’m thinking by 2 I’ll be on my way homeI waited saw people come and go. It was now 2:25, I finally called back to only be told they are too busy. When I arrived sure it was kind of busy, but in the 45 minutes I was waiting it definitely slowed downAsked for a refund And did not take the cold food that had been sitting there for 30-40 minutesIf your craving Denny try the one on Rosecrans or south st. Maybe they aren’t as busy. So they will definitely remember your order
