I live locally... don't do it. You'll thank me. Trust me we know Good food. If you like RE HEATED GARBAGE..you can reheat microwave from a take home dinner.. corn cob taste like garbage even. that's what you'll get! $100 dinner was gross. PRIME RIB, RIBS...3RD times a charm they say.... well this 3rd times a charm just destroyed it officially! (and with several months or years apart) I was DUMB and decided to give it a go tonight. I'm very well known and I will tell many people to stay away from this famously entitled ignorance of a place on Artesia Blvd. . BTW, tonight..overcharged our card incorrectly twice.. so we have to wait for that to be recredited. Error on them. Food stinks. Seriously... get it together or this too will close their location. Now these are the people running clueless in our nation. If you like this food....come to my house. I won't be re heating dry garbage.
Great food, good atmosphere, dined outside where the weather was real nice. Staff were friendly, food didn't take long to come out. Ordered a sampler plate, beef ribs were a little fatty but the pork ribs were spot on, plenty of meat, baked beans were a little different than what I'm used to on the East Coast but tasty nevertheless, loved the cole slaw as well. Still a good place to eat if you're in the neighborhood. Would have loved to try other menu items but didn't have time. Next chance to be in the area, will stop by again.

Chris & Pitt's is an old time steak house, and they have great steak. What I really love however is their BBQ. Their BBQ sauce is so good, I am willing to put it on anything-they sell it there. This place is really nice. The service is great and the prices are fair. parking is free. Try any steak and put BBQ sauce on it with a baked potato and you will be happy.
ITS BEEN YEARS SINCE I CAME TO EAT HERE. THE SERVICE AND FOOD ARE EXCELLENT TO DIE FOR. OUTSIDE DINNING PATIO AREA AS WELL. LUNCH COMBO 12.75$ 2-SIDES AND MAIN DISH.
They have fallen all the way off. They should be in the gutter. spent $58 and didn't even get plastic silverware.... really.....they where horrible.....the bake beans where pinto beans and didn't taste right and they only gave us 4 ribs instead of 5:.... Woody's bbq in Los Angeles would have been better..Don't waste your money...
I've been eating here for 50 years now and I'm NEVER disappointed. This is and has always been my favorite restaurant. I live an hour away but still make the drive a few times each month.
Ok where do I start... The Onion Flower! Tasty as ever..The Baby Back Ribs, mashed potato and coleslaw were excellent..The only thing that I did not like was that I wasn't able to finish all of the food!
I haven't been to a Chris & Pitts in about 10 years. Food isn't as good as I remember but the staff is amazing, welcoming and very sweet. They were attentive, and seemed to know a few of their customers. Prices are pretty typical for a bbq place. I got their special and was a little disappointed by only getting two pieces of rib but they give a good bit of fries and mash potatoes, and a decent piece of chicken. Overall good price for a special.
Food was amazing and tasted great!!! Their steak just melts on your mouth and is bursting with such amazing flavor. Service was wonderful. Highly recommended. There is very little parking at the time due to them offering outdoor dining but its definitely worth the wait to find a spot.
