This was about the most mediocre burger I have ever had. The meat was so thin and overcooked that there was no flavor left. All I could taste was burnt meat.The kids meal was really overpriced, especially if you substitute a drink.On the positive, the fries were very good. And it's a very cool vibe at Steel craft
I took my dad here for Father's Day this year. He was more than happy with the choice. He ordered the Mighty Melt with onion rings and I got an American Werewolf. The bin and veggie ingredients are fresh and the patty is ridiculously tasty - plus they don't skimp on sauce or flavor. The burgers are crafted to be an experience in themselves, and that they are. Definitely the best burger I've ever had, my dad agreed, and also said the onion rings were the best he's had as well!
Customer service not great. I walked up to the window, the person sitting there ignored me, it may have been the cook because he went to the back.\\nI wanted the burger with bacon,etc but asked for no bbq sauce. The person who took my order refused saying the chef will not alter the burgers. So I had to order a different burger, requested with no cheese which they did, so that is altering a burger.\\nToo bad because the burgers are good, but don't like being ignored and not getting my burger how I like it made.
Super rude people, we will never be back. My son ordered Mighty Melt burger with no mayo and no BBQ sauce and the lady said we don’t modify our burgers. ✌?out. We wondered why everyone is crowded and they have no line.
Great food from the deli. Good service. In general, it can get crowded and noisy. Don't go hungry. Very: 1/2 sandwich with soup. Lots of good options for those who love deli food. Probably a disappointment to others. Vegans re: I think you can do it here, but why? This is not where you go for good vegetables.
Really enjoyed this place. I came on a Sunday and it was pretty dead in the food court and I wasn't expecting much, but boy was I wrong. Got the Dracula burger and Minion fries. Both were excellent, especially the burger which I'll be craving again. Everything is pretty saucy/messy but I was expecting that from the name.
Toddler, in laws, and husband loved it. Delicious and friendly service.Next time trying the reaper fries.

Our family tried 4 different burgers: Dracula combo, Siren, American Werewolf and a Lycan combo and extra fries. Everyone enjoyed their burgers and the buttermilk brined chicken sandwich. Cooked nicely with sauces that sparked our taste buds. No better burgers and hot crispy fries on earth. We will be back!
