2/5 at this location. The place was filthy, dirty floors with trash & fries under the booths. Customer service lacking. No greeting, no smiles here. The girl actually seemed mad she had to take our order.I've been to many a habit throughout southern california and am always happy.If I'm paying $24 for two char meals I've come to expect great service & a clean atmosphere.Here there were tons of dirty tables to choose from. Lucky me, I sat at one and got sticky beige goop all over my arm.Our blue shirt server came out from behind the counter & wiped down about 1/4 of the dirty tables and went back to stocking.I rated 2 because my burger was correct. Both orders of fries greezy & cold. Some dark and dry like they were double dipped in the fryer. The second burger was hastly tossed half on the paper covering the tray & half on the plastic tray. I have no idea why they didnt take the time to present the food properly.. It wasn't busy. Again something I've come to expect when paying $24+ for two lunch burgers.My advice, skip this habit & go to In & Out. Even with high crowds there, Ive never felt its dirty or been disappointed. Plus you'll save yourself about $10 bucks eatting there.
My sweet potato fries were burnt and cold. My daughter's hamburger order was all wrong and cold. Her cheese wasn't even melted on her burger. Not happy at all.
Good burgers but expensive. They have a really unique menu with things you won't find at a regular burger joint. My only issue is that the burgers aren't that amazing for the high price
My experience was poor at best. Service person acted as if she was doing me a favor. All I had was a plain burger and all she wanted to do was up sell me. I chose NO. Then received burger and it was like warm. Their phone service is poor as well.
Went here in February 14th and got food poisoning. Was just visiting Barstow so couldn't go back for refund. After I ate hrs later had stomach problems also my brother did too so I know it wasn't something personal wrong with me..
Short break during Vegas to La had a sandwich , Clean , quick service and testy
6:30 pm - the workers are inside but won’t answer the drive through. We go to the window and they give us a slashing sign across the neck. I point nicely to the drive through to let them know we don’t want to come in, we are just at the drive through. They give me another slashing signal through the neck again. The drive through lights are on. And it’s about four hours until they close. Another guy comes up behind me to ask the same thing. They do the same thing to him. Maybe workers didn’t show up, maybe they ran out of food… but there was no explanation and they were incredibly rude.
Absolutely delicious food and fast service. Loved the extra crispy chicken sandwich and veggie cheese burgers. Sweet potato fries and salted caramel shake were awesome.
I could give 5 star but the only things was I received chicken bite for kids that is overcooked. So a little bit hard to chew. Other than that everything was good
habit burger really offers cleanliness and taste. If you want a hamburger, I would definitely recommend it.
