They locked their doors and didn’t let us in, even though there were people dining inside. The people at the restaurant had a sour attitude taking our order, and well, it was just unpleasant.
We made a point to order through the app ahead of time to minimize the wait time while passing through. There is signage through the restaurant advertising the service, however I don’t think the employees are properly trained or familiar with the system. We waited 30+ minutes AFTER OUR SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME to get our mobile order, and had to remind staff members multiple times that we were still waiting. I assume it was because they forgot about it and weren’t checking the system, but they were very rude and unapologetic about the ridiculous wait. Not impressed at all with the service.
My visit to Taco Bell was all that I wanted it to be and even more. The drive thru cashier was extremely pleasant , as well as paying close attention to my order as I had quite a few variations to the items I ordered. The order was exactly what I asked for. The food was fresh and tasty. I would most definitely recommend this Taco Bell to others
Stopped in while on the road back from Vegas. I can't speak on the food quality because since there were no seat covers in restrooms (not just out - no dispensers). No paper towel dispensers. Only had one blow dryer that was bolted so low on the wall that I, at 5 feet, had to bend down to dry my hands....we chose not to eat there.
Garbage!! Taco shells were stale. Cheesy been and rice burritos don't come with red sauce. I was standing around trying to get help and was ignored by employees that just kept checking video monitor to see if I had left. These employees need a supervisor that dies their job!
Their food is decent, their drive thru time is usually less than 15 minutes, and they give out enough condiments.
Quick, but both my 5 layers were like pancakes! Like did I pay for tortilla only! With the inflation of fast food prices already high, I didn't expect less food for more money. Other taco bells locations ga e me adequate serving portions for the money
Food was great and fresh.Restroom was clean, but could bei controlled a little more frequently. I was lucky that there was a little piece of an additional toilet Papier roll left, the big dispenser was empty.
They are the slowest group of employees. It's a FAST food restaurant. Orders are not supposed to take 15+ minutes to get out to the customer. The customer service is severely bad too
I had a problem with the quality of food with this place in the past, however, this go around was a pleasant experience. The food tasted fresh and the staff was very friendly and helped me immediately. The famous Barstow Del Taco is next door, so I hope they keep this level of service to compete with that local juggernaut.
