I thought Starbucks, considering how much it cost, would comply with customer's request to make customize your drink; but that's not what I experienced. The employee proceeded to tell me what she couldn't do, can't use my starbucks purchased cup, ok we can use it but you can't keep your strawberries from a drink just purchased, ok I need to consult another employee about your cup discount, ok I need to talk to the manager. At that point I got tried and walked out. With the cost of everything going up, I was seeking what I should cut out of my budget-- I would like to thank Starbucks for making that choice easy!
Like many other reviewers, stopped here for a quick stop and matcha latte on way back to Vegas after a short trip to LA. Like most, we all have PLENTY of experiences at various Starbucks here, there and everywhere. I must say the service was great, despite it being busy, and the drink was great. I've noticed how many others are going heavy on foam and cutting down on drinks that are getting ever more expensive. Kudos on doing good work!
Hands down the best Starbucks I've been to! I don't come but when i work this way i make sure to stop here! Every single visit my drinks ALWAYS taste the same (good) I've been to many other Starbucks each time my drink is always made horribly.. and they are FAST!!!!
Decent little Sbux, did a good job on my flat white.
This location has a great selection of mugs — even ones that I (strangely) have been looking for at other locations. The photos of the mugs I put are seasonal, but I’m sure you’ll find good options year-round. Plus, the staff here are very friendly and the store was clean!
I was greeted promptly and the staff was very cheery and smiling. Starbucks has not been as energetic as in the past, so I was very glad to see this enthusiasm. And I tipped accordingly
I am sure as a Starbucks's the drinks are fine but for weary travelers it would be nice if their hours were accurate on the website and door. We exited the freeway after driving in from Arizona only to find the store closed at 9:30 PM when the hours posted on the door clearly states 10 PM as does the website!
Stopped here on my way back to LA. Probably the worst customer service from a young man named Brian I have ever experienced. I was given MAJOR attitude over access to the restroom. I had asked politely if the restroom was open, and Brian huffed and puffed and crossed his arms, and in a very rude tone remarked, fine, but be quick, I am cleaning the restrooms, as if it was an inconvenience for me to even be there.The only reason I'm not giving this store 1 star, is because of the beautiful and kind redheaded young lady that helped me at the register. She was so kind, helpful and fast. On top of that, my drink tasted sooooo good.However, that was overshadowed by Brian. Maybe you should have a talk with that young man about gratitude and putting your best foot forward. Disappointing.
11/8/21 7:48pm: Brian and the staff was super nice and greeting when I entered. Established nice conversation and vibes before I had to return back to LA. Would definitely stop again. Great job team!
