Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I ordered cold brew coffee but no cold brew coffee. It was hot, so I had to change my order to regular ice coffee. However, I only ordered one cup of coffee, but the clerk charged me two cups of coffee. Too many people were there waiting for order, so I had to leave to continue my travel. I will not come here anymore.
I enjoyed the iced matcha tea latte I got here.
Waiting patiently for my drink. They were busy. Watched a regular come in. He orders. Barista speaks to him. And makes HIS DRINK!!!!!! So I wait over 10 minutes and he doesn't even have to wait. Thought there was order and structure to running a business! Very very very rude! Making other people wait because your buddy walks through the door!
I stopped for a coffee and muffin, very busy. Service was great, staff was friendly. Our order filled quickly. Thank you.
I I drink the same cafe every day, Iced Caramel Machiatto, but today it was voted the worst place for this drink. I made a stop on my way back to LA. I've never seen a coffee so weak and with so much milk in my drink. We don't pay cheap and deserve respect in preparation and service. #poorservice
Stopped here at around 3pm on Friday, got out of my car to walk in & nope. The place was closed. I'm not talking closed down, just. The doors were locked & nobody home.The hours were posted (they had closing time I believe of 8 or 9pm) and no "closed due to.. Whatever" sign.. The place was just locked up. Numerous other people had gotten out of their cars to go in while I was there.. And we all just walked away without coffee, wondering why they just didn't put a big CLOSED sign on the door ?

Quick service inside even with a long line of cars in the drive thru. The cheese pastry was excellent. Miss having the coffee extras out for use, and had to wait for cream and cinnamon
