I was driving thru Barstow California looking for something I could eat on the road on my way to San Diego stopped at Popeyes drive thru I ordered the 6 shrimp combo got my drink and side just fine got on the freeway no straw, no fork for my Mc and cheese, no sauce or napinkin if you have to request such items Management should post or they should ask you as you ordering won't be getting any drive thru from them any time soon I'm not going to make sure my order is accurate before I drive away.
They didn't give me my mash potatoes. To far to go back. They was to busy with a non factor person. Do better. Put they hind quarters out.
The young man, Antoine, working the drive thru was very polite! This is the 2nd time he's helped me and both times he was very polite.He uses "yes ma'am" and has a lot of patience for how busy he was.You don't find many people these days with his attitude. Good job! Keep treating people well, we appreciate it after long days like mine was today.
If in the drive thru and they ask you to wait around front for 10 min. Just know it will be 20 min. This happened twice. And today it was hot . Last two orders were messed up. Does it really take 20 min to deep fry some nuggets? Or did you sell my nuggets to the many people walking in the door. I'm disabled. I'm driving thru.Well popeye's needs to straighten up or they will soon look like Starbucks across the street. EMPTY. KFC coming soon.
Normally I expect Popeyes to be a little ghetto... this one is super duper duper ghetto. The OUTSIDE of my bag was covered in chicken grease.I should have taken a pic of my spicy chicken sandwich. The top bun wasn't even on the top of the sandwich. Think about that for a sec...Servers were friendly for the most part. Probably just overwhelmed.
Managers need retraining for customer interaction not very personable or courteous or professional
Ate at this location while I was visiting family in Fresno CA. Once when I was driving through, and second when I was catching my flight out of Las Vegas.The food was hot and fresh and service was very quick. Only reason for 4 stars was the table and dinning room was pretty dirty, saw crumbs and paper napkins on the floor. The crew could try to keep up on cleaning in between customer rush.

Very slow staff who don't really seem to give a wiff about the customer. Place was filthy, not a clean table in the place & floor was equally as bad. If weren't traveling & on a time schedule I would have left without my food. What a disappointment ?
Wow!! I did not know how good their chicken place was like yum! Chicken strips are exactly what you want chicken strips to be!
