I ordered a pizza through the phone and when I went to pick up the pizza and they couldn’t find the order. I was charged twice and they asked me by for more money for the order and when I tried to explain to the manager he gave me a smart attitude and showed me the ticket, I kept showing him the bank statement on the phone where it showed that I was charged twice and he wouldn’t listen. He insisted that I owed him money, even though I was showing him the withdrawal from the account. I got so upset at him and told him to get the manager, come to find out he was the manager! I told him he was not nice and he had the audacity to said that I was rude to him first! So I took the pizza and sat it on the floor and told him to take it back , and keep it. He was so rude!! So rude!! The nice nasty kind of rude, rudeness with a smile!!! The worst one!!! If I am showing you I got charge twice how you are going to ask me for more money!!!????? Terrible service!! Terrible!!
For the most part this pizza is normally really good at delivering great quality Pizza but for some reason lately I don't know if there's no employees or what it seem like people have gotten very lazy and making pizza and I am just making pizza but great quality Pizza. I rarely try to order out from Pizza Hut or even Domino's lately because quality has just really gone down the drain local mom and pop shops seem to be better but yet they're so much more expensive but then it's one of those things too where I'd rather pay the more expensive price especially if you mean I'm going to get a better quality Pizza out of it. With the way the economy is right now and with things still not coming together it's just a shame that the poor quality that goes in and employees performance on handling someone else's food is just sad and it turns a lot of customers away. Crazy thing the shocked me was my 10 year old telling me that I should have stayed my money and just ordered a piece of from 7-Eleven at least it would have tasted better I could do nothing but shake my head and just believe it what came out her mouth because this time she was absolutely right with the order that we received. The only thing that seem to have been right out of the whole order cuz it's cheesy breadsticks the wings would have been okay if it hadn't been like you got four regular size boneless wings pieces and then a bunch of crumbles of what could have been the breading not chicken. That's two pizzas I don't order it wasn't even medium pizzas you might as well say there was a small personal size type pizza because the dough clearly was not expanded out to what it was supposed to be the slices were cut as if the pizza was made for 5-year-olds and it was so dry hardly any sauce cheese or toppings this looks like something that I would expect from maybe like Domino's definitely not Pizza Hut you're really questions whether or not I'll ever order here again unless there's more experience people working are more employees that seem to care about the food that they're putting out.
Pizza Hut food was great. I would love tovhave been able to have a salad with the meal but the salad bar or lack of salad for take out made that impossible.
They should close their dining area and have carryout and delivery only. Two types of soda, no ice, no parm. cheese for the pizza. The pizza was good.
All and all was good every time we go food was great grandkids love. The pizza as far as the service go's their kind and courteous never had a bad experience

My order was incorrect. I got a 6 piece boneless wings, when I ordered an 8. I got a supreme pizza, when I ordered a super supreme. Food was good though.
The Manager, I think her name was Leah? Was really nice, very customer service focused
They were kind enough to offer a free soda. Each time the food is quite delicious. The people are also very kind and compassionate. Have been here about 5 times and have been treated excellently each time. Thanks!
Hiring more sweet drivers like the girl you sent to deliver my food would be a good start. She was patient while waiting for me to put my dogs away and sincerely thanked me for the tip I left.
