Love this place. no matter what time of the day the staff is top notch and super friendly and clean bathrooms.
The breakfast burittos are amazing! but you gotta add bacon trust me. Especially trust me because I'm not a big breakfast buritto guy but my buddy is and he agrees. Also get some of the yellow peppers... Warning the peppers are hot so be careful but if you like spicy these are perfect on the side.
? ????I've been ordering the breakfast burrito for the last month. This was my 3rd time and it was insanely good. I really recommend. I know chili spots aren't for everybody.. but if you like breakfast burritos... I say that it's really worth giving it a shot!
What happened to you Tommy's? The burger patty was undersized. But worse, you used to have some of the best fries in the business. Hot and crispy, perfectly salted, almost didn't need the burger. The fries I got were just warm and limp. Maybe it's the location. Pass on by the Barstow outlets.
Certainly busy, friendly staff. Seems to feelVery similar to In N out burger cosmetically even with the merch sales. Some issues in ringing up customers in a fast fashion leading to a long line with a half empty store. But the main issue for me is it tastes like canned or 7-11 chili put on a Dairy Queen burger with a bun, cheese and condiments. I would call it a canned chili sandwich more than a chili burger. Certainly not terrible but imo a one and done. Many seem to love this like In N out so maybe it’s just not my taste. Clean and friendly service so maybe give it a chance especially on a BOGO.

We ordered two quarter pound burgers, no chili on it, a small chili, and a side of fries to be delivered via door dash. When the order arrived, we were missing an item. We called the restaurant and spoke with a rude gentleman who told us to call corporate with our complaints (on a Saturday night) since they had no one to deliver the missing item. He hung up on me. Then I called back and was told by another staff person that they had put the missing item in our bag and suggested the poor door dash driver had eaten it. And proceeded to tell us to call corporate and hung up. All we wanted was our food, we paid 37 dollars and did not receive our order. I contacted the door dash driver who kindly went back to the restaurant and got our missing food. I tried to call the restaurant back several times and they did not answer the phone. Once we did have our order, it was not what we ordered. It came with the chili on it and other items we did not order. I cannot believe the unprofessional behavior of the staff on so many levels. Hanging up on a customer, not answering the phone, and lack of accepting responsibility for an error. We should have just gone to McDonalds next door. Tommys is not worth your money or your time.
Triple patty burger ? for lunch and it was delicious. The burger made me want to go and pick something else from the menu so I plan on trying out the chili.
I can't quite explain it but I always think that Tommy's will be better than it is. When I go, I then remember that it's sort of meh (The fries need more salt, the burgers are a tad dry, hence the chili to mask that).This location is open really late compared to the other fast foods joints so that's a huge bonus. The staff that was working when we passed through was awesome. Can't say enough how lucky the company is to have that staff, they were very much on point.
If you like chilli and/or chilli burgers you will love this place. Personally I don't usually care for anything chilli related but the food here is quite delicious and all of the ingredients were crisp and fresh. The atmosphere is quiet and the restaurant is clean. I mean spotless!! This was a pleasant lunch experience and I could see myself returning one day.
