Staff was friendly. Food was good and hot. Wait inside was 17 minutes to get our food. Half the bathrooms were broken and closed. Half the stalls and urinals were broken too. Bathrooms were filthy. No paper towels so you had to open the filthy bathroom door with a bare hand.
When you go to McDonald's you think that it uniform or close to the same as other McDonald's. Prices are different here at this location for example $1 drink any size, Nope!!! Bathroom are in shambles. Alot of things broken. Probablywon't stop there again when we go through there.Great customer service.
Terrible McDonald’s. No free water. Have to pay for water, 2$ drink instead of 1$.Don’t support this Garbage place and their garbage owners.paid almost 4 dollars to drink water. First cup was small and was done in a couple sips. Had to pay again to drink water.
No refills while dining in and any size soft drinks are $1.99 here, not $1. No refills, not even if you take up to the counter. At this point you can’t tell me it’s covid related, I’ve been to other McDonald’s all over the country the past few months (including California) and all of them have the self serve soda back up. At this point they are doing it because it saves them money, end of story. If it was a covid issue they should at least offer you a new cup and refill it in the back. For $2 I should get a refill that’s a little crazy.
Had to ask for fresh, not cold fries. Had to point out that the mcflurry was the wrong flavor, then all that was done was flavor was added and hardly mixed, so we asked AGAIN for a new McFlurry to be made CORRECTLY, and when we received it... the cup was only filled half way..WOW!
Hell No would I ever recommend this place the food always sucks.. I went for just hash Browns & they couldn't even give me that fresh they were old & I've been there for lunch & the burger was the same old n not eatable..eat able... Shhhhh ?
Very helpful walked in & the keyos only way to order, very quick, it's Mc donalds taste good every time,had the breakfast sandwich & coffee for the road,?
No free water & you can’t pay for a cup either & have to pay full soda price. Mandatory kiosk ordering. I’ve never been forced to use a kiosk. Luckily an employee helped me as my order was complex ie diff coffee & ice water (which didn’t exist)If the employee didn’t help & wasn’t so nice & food was quick would of given negative stars. I paid in cash anyway which a register had to be used with employee. Took about 3-4 minutes longer then ordering at a register even with an employee helping me with navigation. & everyone get to share germs on a touch screen in a pandemic. Great… ? pay someone to run your register full time. Cheap owner or manager wants robots to do everything & eliminate costs with machines & no water humans need water like kiosks need electricity. Sad future where humans are eliminated.This place policies suck. Macchiato was good breakfast food was Luke warm.
We waited over 30 minutes for their over priced McDonald's food. They don't even do drinks at $1. We had to wait for our food at the window even after it took over 20 minutes to order. We will never go to this store again. McDonald's should be ashamed to have this franchise owner.
Smoothie machine was broken for 4 days in a row (came by on Sunday and stopped by again on Thursday, and it was broken both times. Other than that, nothing to complain about. As good as every other McDonalds, service is fast and employees are polite, bathrooms are clean and food tastes exactly like every other McDonalds.
