Sandwich was great it was a 9/10 first time trying this place but the girl helping me was very rude cause I didn't know how to order she has really bad customer service if it wasn't for her attitude I would have gave the place a 5 ⭐️ I wish I would of gotten her name.
Slow service,equipment not cleaned after each sandwich, no seasoning on Philly cheese steak..No salt No pepper..we all know that is a must for meat! The employees seemed to be annoyed by their customers, and not appear to be fond of each other as co-workers.The bread was good cold cuts were ok,the combinations worked.I wouldn't go back to the one in barstow.

Was my first time at a Jersey Mike's the employees were very helpful and made a couple of suggestions that were very good.
I ordered the Original Italian. It was fresh and tasted good....except the bread was really dry, which took the sub down a few notches. Staff was friendly and professional.
The team from the order taker, the sandwich makers and cashier made my first visit to this location( Barstow, by the Outlet Shopping Mall) very pleasant, experience. I met a repeat(regular) customer in line during the lunch hour rush who makes this location, he and his wife's go to on their vacation travel to and from Las Vegas.Also a small detail, I noticed they had the code to the restroom on a piece of paper taped to the wall by the keypad.Parking lot can accommodate a smaller motorhome. Within walking distance to In and Out burgers on same side of the roadway.
Every time i stop here..which is every 3 days...theres a problem..there is one lady here that likes to talk about customers..her only excuse is were busy..they never never have gluten free bread thawed out..i have a allergy..when i say allergy i get a attitude from her..all the rest of the kids here are nice except HER..i think i m going to stop going here AGAIN

Everyone was so nice here! Totally made my day and my sandwich was perfection. Made me wish everyone had customer service like them.
