Omg xxl burger ? good flavor added bacon ? ??delicious friendly staff the only problem was the odor of urine at this location because of the homeless management has to do something about this
What a rip off!!! $14 for my burger, an extra $1.50 for the cheese, then I ask for a side of ranch and they wanted another 50 cents for that. The food is not the same as back in the day. Fat burger is a sell out, you can find one in a gas station near you. I wouldn’t have posted if it wasn’t for the 50 cent ranch.
We wanted to give another restaurant a chance besides In and Out. But Fat Burger didn't perform.Just one customer in front of us and we had to wait 24min for 3 identical burgers and two sides. Burgers taste war ok, but close to very cold because they forgot one sides and burgers have been already made.None of the burger looked the same.Ambiente was TERRIBLE dirty. Could barley move into the restrooms because it smelled HORRIBLE!!! Never ever again.
The Fatburger closed in Victorville so while we were already in Barstow we decided to stop. The burgers were delicious! I got a turkey burger ? ? which was well seasoned. My boyfriend got a large regular burger which he thought had too much lettuce, but I was happy to munch on it. The sweet potato fries ? were absolutely scrumptious served nice & hot the way fries should be served! Christine, the cashier, was the nicest, friendliest fast food server I've ever met! It's not a cheap place to eat (& I still prefer Apollos here in Victorville) but we enjoyed it & that's what counts. And I got my Fatburger cravings quenched!
Ryan is the most thorough order taker I have ever met. Great customer service and super friendly. Good was fresh, fries hot, shake was made to perfection. We will be back
Got our order within 10 min of ordering. The staff are incredibly friendly. The lady is super kind and welcoming. Her demeanor is refreshing. With an attitude like Hers I don’t mind the wait for my food. We enjoyed our meal.
I called to make a call in order knowing how long buger takes Rayn answered the and ask me to hold passed phone to co-worker and then the funny stuff happened its liked they liad the phone down and I was on hold until I arrived at store 25min 43 second the other co-workers alex was very rude but I heard about the Bar-B-Q and other stuff and to try to fix it Alex gave me 20% off I left vegas at 1200pm heading to doctor on way back 8pm was trying to get good food but just got buger lost appetite for onion ring all because Alex was rude after paying for food Ryan said give it to me at half off this whole experience sucked with Alex & Ryan .Alex was using profanity while I was on phone then when I get there he tell me about it got busy then said if I called him a lair I could go without even going to let me order. And yes Alex was a lair I was on phone for almost 30min hearing every thing and it was not busy
I mean the fat burger was good but I don’t see myself spending 20$ on 1 burger and fries I was still hungry after that …..drive thru be looking disgusting ? one time I pulled off cause the drive thru was so nasty I was like naw I change my mind I don’t want to eat here .
I used to work here with a good team of employees. We worked hard and we were getting the restaurant back to a good consistent quality so when I ate there then, the food was always really good. That of course ended because they have no respect for their employees and now none of us are there.Now the food is extremely inconsistent. I love a good western but out of the last 4 times I've been there it was good once. This is because the staff never get familiar with the menu and how to make it because Fatburger cycles through so many employees. Employees never want to stay because of Walter, Kelli, and Cedric (management)The food there is super expensive so the gamble for good food is hardly worth it but if you're interested there is a bigger tall guy there (make sure it's not Walter he'll burn your food) who makes a good burger I think he works nights which are usually slower and he'll hook you up with a good burger, wish I caught his name
This place got some AMAZING burgers ? hands down , i definitely be back again
