On my way to Las Vegas, I usually come here to get some breakfast while I wait for my car to finish charging. I always place my order on the mobile app and it's usually ready just as I'm walking inside. These guys are pretty quick with the orders. After I'm done with my breakfast, I'll use their restroom before heading back to my car. Their restrooms are for patrons only. One of the employees will have to unlock it for you.
Cassidy had great customer service. she helped us pick out some great ice cream flavors and recommended others to try next time. I can’t wait to return. We ordered two shakes munchkins and two scoops of ice cream and it was delicious.
Need a quick break, some coffee and a donut? This is the place. Good service? Maybe not. The guy on the Baskins n Robins side was better at service than the dunkin donut worker...
The window is so nasty that's horrible. I told her they need to clean it she said it happened this morning. Maam it is 9.44am you opened at 6am and that mess has been on there for some days not hours. Then gets an attitude handing me my drink. The nerve
Could not make items displayed on menu because they didn't have in stock... Settled for hot cappuccino and cold cappuccino, and neither were good, bland as all hell... Over priced mini egg cheese taco...
Staff was friendly and donuts were good they weren't great but they were good. Don't seem to be of the same quality they used to be. But that's happening everywhere prices go up and the quality goes down.
This Dunkin’ does not allow walk ins. Not because of COVID; but they don’t feel like keeping the inside clean. Time to get back to normal y’all
I keep forgetting this place is here!! They are awesome and don't have a crazy line like Starbucks..I can get DAIRY FREE ALTERNATIVES for my coffee...my kids love the little blue berry mini donut holes..they have a ton of food to choose from..they have a great variety of lattes, fraps..their pumpkin spice cold brew was delicious... and Baskin Robin's is there too! The workers here are always nice and helpful.... I'm trading in Starbucks for this place whenever I want coffee in town!
Second time visiting this store, terrible service, unhappy faces, loud rap music playing….the first time visiting this location employees were hiding what was left of the donuts behind counter to close early. Second time we were denied to use the restroom because they stated they lost the key, to both restrooms? One of them had a cleaning sign which I imagine they just didn’t want to clean the restrooms because they were all too busy gossiping on their headsets. Employee Dani had the worst service. Ordered the bacon snackers, they grabbed them straight out of a freezer. Bacon was freezing cold and undercooked and they denied to warm them up because they stayed the microwave wasn’t working too many unfavorable experiences at this location and it seems like they are not lgbtq friendly. This store needs sensitivity training and better customer service. If this is a franchise, I feel bad for the franchise owner.
Customer service needs improvement for not listening when taking orders through the drive thru. Always have loved Duncan doughnuts. Glad to see them still around.
