Ordered two bowls of soup, one came cold - inform the waiter and he assured us that he would take care of it. We ordered appetizers as a main menu dish. Got our appetizers and never received my mother‘s bowl of soup. We asked multiple times about the soup and finish the appetizers. The waiter acted nonchalant and could not pay attention to detail in regards to his service to each table he was charged with. We had to wait another 10 minutes to get a bowl of soup, so we ask for it to go and he brought it to us. I informed him of the terrible service and asked why my mother was brought a bowl of soup some 30 minutes after our food was completed , his answer would you like to talk to a manager , like really ? I paid the bill and we left I will never be back again. I hope others in the local area do experience this type of service!!!!!!
Stopped here to charge the Tesla. One of my favorite charging stations plus a great meal! “Grandma” is an amazing server! She is so personable and on point! It’s my birthday today so she made sure to sing to me with the group. Great experience. The shrimp tacos, guacamole, chips, salsa and cheesecake were all perfect! Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stop off and Birthday Celebration while on the road back from Vegas! Will definitely do this again!
Took a while for the host to even acknowledge us and stop talking with other employees, and then once she seated us, rolled her eyes when we asked if we could get a high chair, and just had an attitude like she really didn’t want to be there. Then it took a while for our server to even come greet us and start our order. We ordered our food with our drinks. Drinks came, food took well over 45 minutes to receive. At no time, did our server even come to check on us or even ask if we needed refills. Finally our food came by someone other than our server and I asked him if we could get refills to be able to have with our food. He said he would let our server know. Never came. She finally came to the table, after we were done eating, and asked if we needed refills. Mind you, she passed by our table a couple times and just kept going. She was not even friendly in the slightest. Just had a horrible attitude about her. Then the food… the buns on our burgers were hard. There were hardly any toppings. The fries weren’t fresh. Just very disappointing all around.
It was a Saturday night out with my son daughter wife and soon to be son in law. A very busy night at chili. Very festive, people laughing,talking to each other letting thier hair down . Let's look at the food. Yes it was good, yes, service was very good. The best part of the night was being with my family
The food was pretty gross it came out almost immediately after we ordered it so it felt like it was just sitting in the back waiting for people to order. Fries were old, salad was bland, Black beans were watery, and the water tasted really funky. Definitely will not return
Was not a good visit today. We were a bigger table about 8 of us so we expected a wait the issue was two of our diners had to wait extra long time all of us were done eating already and they were still waiting for food their order was not difficult at all cheese fries for one and chicken crispers for the other no apologies from the staff nothing had to ask about their food a few times waitress offered no explanation or anything I understand we was a big table but as I said all our guests were done eating and still no food really bad service
