Got the Doña Chela special :1 lb carnitas combo, came with rice, beans, Pico de Gallo, red and green salsa and fresh hand made tortillas.. delicious and by far, best I've ever ate
Awesome small business restaurant stop on the way to Vegas. We ordered the Especial Doña Chela for dine in. There was so much food for the two of us, so they packaged it for us to go! The fresh salsa has the perfect level of buildable spice ?
We ate the sopas with pork and some flan. The food was delicious. The people were friendly. It is a small place in a small strip mall.

the food is good not the best but the attention of the lady owner is quite arrogant and rude the truth is not worth bothering to go to this place there are better places to eat

Had a quick lunch at Cheka’s y Carnitas and the food was just ok. The carnitas was dry, over cooked and not flavorful. No menus, just a sign listing the meals available without prices listed. Restroom was out of order the day we were there which is not good when you have kids. Staff was friendly and service was quick.
Hidden little gem here in town reminds me of my child hood when pops used to take me to a store called amapola and we would get carnitas with tortillas and the works really delicious if you havent tried i highly recommend wont dissapoint at all.
