the worst! and stupid overpriced
I usually enjoy the food offered at Carl's Junior. Not on this occasion. My wife and I each ordered the standard "Star" burger with lettuce and tomato. Both were served lukewarm and both had hardly any taste to them, as though the cook had completely left out the seasoning. Blech!. Neither of us ate more than half of our burger.
Waited at the microphone for like 5 minutes before I could even order even though there was no cars in front of me Showed up at 1pm had to wait a really long time food was cold Burger looks like somebody ran over it with a truck it was all flat like it has been sitting for like 4 hours
It was my first time there @ that location and it was my first time trying one of there lettuce wraped burgers and I have to say that I had a wonderful time. Received fast friendly service and enjoyed delicious food.
Waited at the microphone for over 5 mins. Girl kept saying, one min. One min. Ordered hot honey chicken sandwich. I really love this new sandwich! Was driving to AZ. 4 hrs. Waited about 10 mins. To start eating. When I did there was NO hot honey on the sandwich!! Very disappointed!!
The burgers tasted old the bacon was inedible itself onion rings were hard and cold. We had 2 western combos . The fries were at least hot and pretty good. Over all not good.
Ordered fries and fried zucchini inside restaurant, was the only customer inside. Waited over 10mins, then realized it looked like my order was sitting on the warmer ready. I waited another 5 minutes and finally walked up to ask if my order was ready, to which the cashier replied “probably, just no one is bagging it”, then she just walked away. There were 2 additional people walking around behind the counter so I was unsure why it wasn’t bagged. The cashier finally bagged the food and we got back on the road just to find the fries were cold.
Worse Carl's Jr I ever been to. I ordered a chicken tender combo.. Easy right? Wrong! Cashier told me they are out of fries and onion rings. So I went with the cut waffles fries. They tried to charge it separate from the combo. No bbq sauce, no ranch dressing. On top of that fries and chicken tenders was cold. I don't recommend going here unless your straving.

Carl's is a fast food restaurant. The food was good. But this is my thank you to the staff that came to work on Christmas day so traveller's like us could get a hot meal. I can't be thankful enough. I wish you all a Merry Christmas!
