This was today, June 13, 2022, around 4 p.m. or a little after, during a quick stop between Las Vegas and San Francisco....We ordered the Turkey Ranch and Bacon Wrap (which the girl confirmed they could do), the Classic Roast Beef Cheddar sandwich, the White Cheddar Mac and Cheese, a side of curly fries, and a classic lemonade for $24.. When the order came, we got back on the road, intending to eat before we had to stop for gas in Bakersfield.What we got however, was a sandwich instead of a wrap, no curly fries, a half-melted Mac & Cheese, and there was so much ice in the drink we only got about three good sips of lemonade. Also, our credit card receipt was left out of the bag. In spite of this, my husband and I thought the food was tasty, I called the office on principle, because if you don't acknowledge the error to the employee, it can happen to someone else.The first person said, 'I didn't take the order, I'll get her for you." The second person tried to tell me that another 'she' must have thought you said something else? I confirmed that when the order was placed we asked for a wrap instead of the sandwich and she specifically said 'we can do that for you'. When she ran out of excuses, she asked if we could come back (we were halfway to Bakersfield by then), and I said no but you can send me a credit to my home we can use the next time we come through. She said, 'can you hold for a bit, I have to push these orders out, but I'll be back". She left me hanging for 14:58 minutes, at which point, someone hung up on me. When I called back, the line was off the hook and remained that way.In summary the food was good and we take our share of responsibility for not checking the bag but she dismissed us from the window quickly, so we trusted, but if you don't mind being cheated out of your money for items left out of your order, (a classic embezzling technique) and having to deal with less than satisfactory service, then you should go there. I would JUST caution. BUYER BEWARE. I hope I left enough detail in this note, that the owner can determine who the person was and educate them so that this behavior doesn't hurt their future business without their knowing why.
The taste is so terrible they burn curly fries... for wasted my money and will not come this again.
Very friendly employees and great service.Only reason for four stars was all the tables had not been cleaned. We found the cleanest we could and still had to wipe it off.
Good location for the fast food chain. Service is swift, staff friendly on multiple visits. Location us not open 24hrs.
The gentleman who took our order was so polite and thorough. We had to wait a few minutes but he was very apologetic. No worries!

The brisket, bacon, and deep dip sandwiches was pretty darn good. Pretty fatty meats on it. But good. The curly fries were room temp. Bleh!Hubby said his fish sandwich was delicious, and he got nuggets that were pretty good. Their honey mustard sauce is really good. I don't usually like any honey mustards.We went through drive-through and were in and out super quick. Pretty friendly person took out order and gave us our food. Everything was accurate. The only fault was, we didn't get straws, and didn't realize it until we were back to the hotel. No big deal though.
Okay food quality for fast food. Good fresh drinks from tropical fruits. These drinks are must-try

Friendly service. I visited on a busy time and the place had a line. Even still the food was good and the order was correct. It has a large inside dining area. I love all the meat options. Of first the roast beef is amazing, but the chicken, turkey and fish are my second choice. I heard that they slow cook the meats over night.. Can anyone confirm this? The specials are always a good deal. I thought it was funny that it was freezing cold outside and they had an window sticker advertising ice cream. In a moment of forgetfulness ( in my toasty car and 2 jackets on), I was tempted to get one.
