usually everytime I order wing stop they have always gotten my order wrong, I've been going to this location for 6 years and each time they've gotten it wrong. Yet I've given them more chances, but this was my breaking point. As soon as I got home I opened the wings, to which I ordered two 10 wings, one Hawaiian and the other original spicy. In total they were supposed to be twenty wings, but they were only around 15 in total. To include, they were for my family, we were surprised when it turned out to be mango habanero and some random dry flavor. They had no flavor and they were skinny, it's like we were eating the leftovers. I will not be coming back to the location due to how much frustration I've gone through.
I love this Wingstop so much but recently it’s taking longer to get my order. Every time I go in there I always see 3-4 ppl “working” mostly standing around talking to each other and not paying attention to customers and a lot of the employees seem to have an attitude like they don’t know how to treat their customers.
very very dry wings, slow service my order was for 9:45 PM online and i didnt receive until 10:10 PM. Also they weren't taking any other customer orders apparently? dont understand why if they are open till 12 am.. people were very upset.
I ordered 25 wing and i was expecting them to be ready in 20 min and it was ready in 5 min then i go home and realized they gave me old chicken that was already cooked before and it was disgusting ?
Zero stars if it was possible. Wings smelled like fish!! I went back to get a refund they said i should get it back to my account within 4-6 business days its been a month already havnt received it. I emailed Wingstop corp. all they sent me was a $10 gift card.
Got the wrong sauce,order voodoo fries it came with hot sauce on them and they said that’s how their made when I got them before it was completely different, the wings were ok weren’t that good atleast cooked all the way this time. Overpriced for bad quality food
Incredibly poor, I ordered food on the app, and it showed that I could pick up the food and still waited for half an hour. The hygiene was very poor, the beverage machine was broken, and no straws were provided. I like wingsstop, but this one must be an exception
got the wrong order like always gave these guys 2 chances always mess up with thier careless ways . children running that place . wont even answer the phone to see what they can do . check your orders if you buy from here before you get home disappointed.
The wing quality in this location is very bad, food quality here ?
I put online order came at the time i was given and I was told to wait another fifteen minutes or if I wanted my money back .never coming back to these place ……
