Perfect customer service. Staff was celebrating Saint Patrick's Day with green attire. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Very clean inside and out. Very good selection of drinks and good selection of snack foods. Service was quick.Will go again
Awesome place that have drive through . The UberEat delivery always has the secure , safe , well packaged bags . The in store pick up is super fast ,the drive through line is bit of long sometimes. Overall, excellent coffee place where are professional and polite staffs .
I placed an order through the mobile application for pickup. Upon arriving at the location I noticed signage at the door that it was drive thru pickup only.The issue was that my work truck does not fit in the drive thru, it is too long and cannot make the turns.I was unable to contact the store, I tried calling to ask to cancel my order but they just refused to pick up the phone. I tried emailing customer service and got a generic response.I was not informed that the it was drive thru only when I PLACED the order on the application. I only found that out when I got to the store. I had absolutely no recourse and can’t even talk to anybody about it. It’s $12 so it’s not the biggest deal just that you expect better customer service from what I thought was a great company

Laziness!! I'm so disappointed. I asked for 2 bagels toasted. They were cold and NOT toasted. Asked for a Hazelnut Americano with 75% powder. Instead of measuring they completely omitted the hazelnut. I'm glad this is not my neighborhood Coffee Bean.
