Great service gets pretty packed so try and get there early but Subway Subway stay fresh.
Fresh food, fast service, friendly staff
I placed an order online after work and when I arrived at the restaurant they didn’t have it ready and said it wasn’t in the system. I had the confirmation page pulled up on the website showing that it should have been ready and that I paid. The employee refused to look at it and told me that I could order another one but I would have to pay. She told me to cancel the order even though there was no way for me to do so since it was already paid for. I asked for it to be honored and she refused. I asked for her to ask a supervisor so she called “the owner” who told me I needed to buy another sandwich. He would not take the order number and told me that my bank probably cancelled it. I checked my bank statement and the charge was there and not cancelled.They are literally stealing from customers.

There are few Subway's I've ever been to. But none were as rude as this. The manager, Stephanie, has an attitude problem that speaks "I'm the manager so I can do and say whatever I want." She often treats customers and employees alike with hostile and harsh beratement. Octavio was very kind and helped me with my order while being patient and I highly recommend that if you see him working, to have him make your sandwich. Silvina is a kind old lady, albeit she seems more work than friendly, but she makes the sandwiches you ask for without question. They overwork their employees without any breaks to even sit down besides their lunch, even if the restaurant is clean and there are no customers, as the last time I visited I saw an employee about to collapse from exhaustion. I frequent this location often and if you look further down on the reviews, these are all issues that have been reoccurring for over a year without any improvement. The owner, Godrej, needs to focus on giving proper treatment to customers and maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, rather than a building that says "Take your sandwich and get out of our faces." 2/5 stars because the sandwiches are often fine, but the customer service is God awful.

My entire order was incorrect, when calling the store, the lousy manager, Stephanie, was rude and patronizing to us They refused to reimburse me or redo my order even after they touched the sandwiches. Stephanie bailed out before we arrived and ensured that we would not receive our refund prior to our arrival to the store. The manager, Stephanie, has no customer service in her bloodstream and her smooth brain needs to be retrained to the standards of a subway manager, seriously, how could you mess that up?
3.5 experience. They packed it kind of light on the veggies, they didnt add that white paper to the sandwich. You know how it's subway paper, white paper, then the sandwich. It was just subway paper and sandwich. So that paper was cut through, which kind of made a mess with the sauces from the sandwich. Staff was ok, weren't mean but weren't exactly welcoming, which is fine by me. They were moderately quick. Lady added the right amount of meat to the spicy Italian. I've been done dirty with 8 salami and 8 peps in the past, but she did 10 and 10 as per subway standards. Other than that, I'd go there again.
I went to order a sandwich a few days ago. I witnessed this employee by the name of Salvina yelling at another employee for simply making a small, fixable mistake. Her attitude and output was disturbing for a any workers to portray. I ended walking out without ordering because of how rude she was. Not returning to this store in the near future if thats how their employees treat others.
