I love starbuck and most locations are very welcoming and consistent . But this location constantly has the rudest customer service. Especially when you try to tell them they messed up your order. Also, they are very inconsistent with their operating hours. I've called before arriving to confirm their closing hours and i get to their drive thru to be told they are closing early.its happen more than once. It's so disappointing the quality of service provided by this location.
Don’t allow electric scooters for recharging even though purchasing drink don’t recommend coming to this one for recharging cause not electric scooter or bike friendly
Apparently they ran out of whip cream. I asked the barrista what happened to the whipped cream and she just laughed
Unfortunately, this is the worse Starbucks! Every time my coffee tastes like burn coffee or has not sugar. I always order hot white chocolate mocha and it always taste like burn coffee or simply just hot milk!

One of my biggest issues is when i go pick up my order and i get ignored by everyone even if they’re not busy. Thats the point of a pick up order. Sometimes end up waiting 10mins to get someone’s attention smh
they trained their staff really well, best Coffey out of all the other Starbucks.
I pay for extra Caramel and extra shot and my coffee is very light. Is only milk and coffee what happen with this store.??
I don't know if the baristas are too overwhelmed here in the mornings or what, but the way I order my coffee is not the way it's given to me. I get the same coffee every morning and one day it's one price, and the next day another price at this location. (WHY?) I only started coming here because it's closer to my house but after today I'll just go back to the one in irwindale.
