I don’t know if they do this on purpose, but whenever food is ordered through an app, any food service app, and it includes a party platter, it’s like they’re too lazy to make it. every single time they cancel the order like two hours later. i’ve never had this problem going to the actual restaurant. it NEVER takes this long. why accept an order if you’re not even gonna bother fulfilling it. it’s frustrating and annoying.
The service and food are ok there but they're cheap on entre portions. Only gives very little. The Rosemead one gives more for your money.
The portions are small and the food has no flavor its really oily
They did not include my fortune cookie in my meal. It was fast service decent food. The location looks decent from the outside. I like that panda express is doesn't have overcrowded seating at least at this location

Just found a piece of metal in my food called MGR Tom and said if I have my receipt he will replace my order. Probably so I can find more metal

Hair in the food it’s what you will find here. My mom ate here last week and found a piece of glass! Glass! I ate there today ignoring my mom’s advice and guess what I found?? A few pieces of hair throughout my food ?
Food's ok. Had to wait ten minutes in the drive thru for an item I ordered but it's ok because the cashier advised me there would be a wait. The kam pao chicken tasted weird. It was way too soft, almost tasted fake.
Come in 40 mins after they are open and they don’t have everything ready. Asked for brown rice and it was still cooking
