This place is so nasty and unkept and the Staff was so unorganized! This one guy yelled at us for telling him that he was missing our sodas for our 2 mobile orders. He screamed "What now?!"Ill never go here ever again and I advised yall to do so too
Pretty good like every other McDonald's obviously not a healthy alternative but still very good ?
Worst service I've experienced.Walked in, stood in front of a register - (no one was manning one) , was seen and took 6 minutes to get someone to take our order. The manager had a "limp-handed" attitude and seemed disinterested in our ordering. Then it took another 10 minutes just to get COFFEE. We did not recieve a reciet.Just another mis-managed fast food joint that priortizes the drive-through.Skip this cesspool.?
I ordered a MC Chicken and they added tomatoes also order sweet tea and was not sweet this was around 2:55 pm at a drive thru people make sure you check your food! I will not be coming to this McDonald’s again.
McDonald's clean, quick service, my order correct, and no complaints about the food. First time at this location.
Worst location. They train their staff to steal ur money in hopes that u don’t notice. It happens to me nearly every time I order a double cheeseburger. Instead of giving me a double cheeseburger they give me a Mcdouble. They say a Mcdouble is cheaper than a double cheeseburger, but they are charging me for a double cheeseburger and giving me a McDouble. Thats stealing a dollar every time! Makesure u check ur order when going to this location. Period.
Did a mobile order and waited inline at the drive thru for almost 45 minutes then they told me they didn't make my order because the kitchen was down for the pass hour. They should have notify customer and not saying anything until you wasted an hour of your life try pick up your food. This location's management and staffs needs to be retrain ASAP.
Super long line at the drive thru the and when I got to the speaker to let them know that I'm picking up my mobile order then they told me their system is down and they haven't made my order yet and that's waiting in line at the drive thru for almost 40mins. The lady at the drive thru window didn't even apologize.l, just told me my order is not made and that's it. They need to have a major retraining for staff when things like this happen.
Every time I order anything without a bun they give me an entirely different order or pattys that are breaking apart. Today was no different, I ordered a double cheese (x2 cheese slices) and I got 2 cheese burgers instead of what I had ordered. It seems to me that it may be a lack of management or simply the staff have no interest in fulfilling orders
