This place is either under new management or ownership and it is now nothing more than a disappointment. Make sure you have the time to physically go in there and order. My last three phone orders, two of them were incorrect, and now apparently they don't know how to answer their phones. Time to find a new sandwich shop!
Finally, I earned enough pts to get a free sandwich. That's $16.95 off my order! Sweeett! It's a wonderful reward for customers to receive, esp during inflation times of the Pandemic. My boyfriend, daughter & I have been customers of yours for many yrs. Through all this time, we've never tried any of your other sandwiches except for the #13 ORIGINAL ITALIAN, Giant, Mike's Way. Absolutely enjoy the relish, & how your staff never skimps on taste, flavor, or fresh ingredients. We're hooked on our favorite, delicious, tasty Italian sub. Someday in our future, we'll try some of your other delicious recipes. Promise. Of course, that'll be a TO-GO order for L8r.? We've eaten at 4 of your locations so far. They're always clean, organized, offer friendly service, delicious food, & adhere to pandemic protocol. Thx very much team for: Keeping us healthy; honoring our rewards; allowing dine-in, when not all fast food places aren't; spoiling us w/ your tasty sandwiches, desserts, & drinks; always smiling & being happy to serve; Thx for being professional. If I could give this location a zero I would. I have tried several times to order delivery through their app and every time something goes wrong. They NEVER read the directions for how we want our sandwiches. Worst of all you try to contact the store and NO ONE ever picks up the phone. I cannot tell you the amount of times I have tried to get someone on the phone here. They don't even have an email. Food is decent but with customer service like this your better off going to subway or another local sandwich shop. Totally not worth it, even with free delivery.

Wow! 4:30 pm on Sunday and 2 ladies are working their butts off! phone ringing, walk-ins. and online orders stacking up. They are being nice and keeping it under control even as overwhelming it must be for them being short staffed for such a rush. Great job ladies! As I sit here and watch and wait for my online order, my only regret is I don't have cash for a tip. I hope this appreciation will suffice until the next time. Thanks Jersey Mikes!

Went in around 12:00 mid day, today a Saturday. About 3 people in line being served very quickly with the up most respect and professionalism. I got a number 8 Mike's way and a number 9. Both sandwiches were great, fresh, and amazing quality. Definitely will be back soon. Thank you to the Mike's team for the great service and quality food.
This was my first time trying out these subs and wow this is so good! The quality is beyond anything and the service has such a team-player vibe. I am embarrassed to say that I used to eat at subway LOL Overall, amazing :)
