Rude and disrespectful customer service . ppl there take for ever to prepare food and have great big attitudes . every time I go there its some jerks attitude i meed to deal with never have I got good service ..would not recommend this site . better to go somewhere professional and have good CS ...And when placing a complaint to management nothing has been done cuz she has bad attitude as well and bad CS not professional ay all in any way .
I ordered drive thru. I was given the wrong items. Because I ordered curly fries which was obviously missing, I asked for it. The girl said there was a small curly fries in the bag. I said I ordered large and there was none. She had to check my receipt. At that point, I believe she knew she gave me the wrong bag. But she never said anything. My mistake was I did not check the other items in the bag. What I got were cheaper than what I ordered. And corporate simply said sorry. Thank, Jack.
The night shift crew was very rude, I work in fast food so I understand customer service and I understand being under pressure but I told the woman my order 3 times and she continued to get it wrong, when I go to the window I explained she could not hear me and if the could correct my order and the man told me no that I would have to get back in line!!! I told him that’s not fair because I told her my CORRECT order 3 times at the speaker. He offered for me to sit out for 5 mins and wait a i decliners being already upset. They then gave me a Diet Coke when I asked and corrected her at the speaker that I wanted a regular one and then gave me my order incomplete and told me that was it. I was very very unhappy with the service the woman was giving me and my boyfriend a sour face the whole time when I was explaining to the man that she got my order wrong. I will not be coming to this jack anymore
Noticed while waiting for my order at driver thru. The employee is using the same rug to clean every surface in the preparation area. She is not even wearing gloves and she handles food orders at the counter and at the drive thru.. They are very unsanitary at this location. Ang my mobile order took more than five minutes to have it ready.
The female drive thru employee that works nights is the best customer service employee around.
Won't ever go back forgot half my order when I went back there your sourdough hahaha that's what was said they new they didn't give me my full order
Had their fish sandwich-crispy,hot,tasty bun.Friendly servers,fast service,clean restaurant and bathrooms-great experience!
Worst jack in the box in all of California, they never get my orders thru doordash and always mess up my order in general.
