my 5 star rating is only for the customer service....they have an employee that is super friendly and truly a pleasure. if i had to rate the food & prices, i'd honestly give them a ?. ......the 3 piece fish & fries (2) was not good at all, the BBQ chicken wrap was only ok, since it set us back $36, we did eat the food, but it was not at all enjoyable. most likely won't be returning for anything.
I’m 6month pregnant. I had a craving for their burgers so my husband drove us to the one near our house in Pomona but it was closed. We searched for any other open locations. It was only 10:45 and this location said it was open until midnight. We got there at 11pm and the guy at the drive thru said they had stopped serving food already. I wasn’t too happy. Neither was my husband since he knows how important it is to take care of pregnancy cravings.
LIES!!! Lies!!!! Lies!!!!! Just stopped by at 9:49pm to order and I got turned away at the drive-thru window by the employee. They said they are closed and not taking any more orders today. Google, their website, and their posted hours all say that they are open for orders until midnight. Again, Lies!!!!!
Had the Bacon Boy combo with onion rings. Burger was really good. So we're the onion rings, but I only got 4 of them. It turns out with a combo you only get 4 rings. At the cost of $5.39, making it $1.34 per ring. Seem a little expensive to me.
Asked for a loaded fiery chicken sandwich, was going to get charged for a regular chicken sandwich so I corrected them and wanted the loaded one. Then I get the order, come home only to find out it wasnt the fiery one. On top of that the receipt did not show what I ordered, just the charge. Ridiculous.
Service was good and fast. Food was ok, I did get a coffee refill ? and it tastes good too. I asked for my egg extra over hard and it was still get from the inside ? I didn't like that. But other than that rest of the food was ok. What I didn't like was that All the tables were sticky ? I never like that they use the same dirty rag they use everywhere to nope down the tables, they even wipe down the top counter where the trash bins are at with it ?? ....4/17/22 Years later food was still uncooked, meat and chicken were raw bc they had a long line ... I said no pickles in my burger and it still had pickles. The fries zucchini were practically raw ... sorry I really like farmer boys from other locations but all my experiences here have not been so great ? maybe next time?
First visit. I Was happily surprised at the size of the burger and the amount of bacon. Delicious and filling. Ended up being the only meal I needed that day ?
Have only been here once, but it was a great experience. Food was fresh and tasty. Would definitely go here again.
I love this place. The food is very fresh & tasty, it's the best fast-food restaurant in California.
One of the cooks had this grungy hair and continued to keep scratching his head with the gloves on well preparing the food so choose not to eat their after I ordered my food and had to get a refund because almost g it into a fight with both cooks cause of it other than that I like the place
