So... I ordered a classic tostada... I started eating the tostada and pulled this huge piece of paper OUT OF MY MOUTH! I nearly threw up! I went back and got my money back. I asked them where did that paper come from and the woman said its the paper they wrap their avocado in... Here's the kicker. my food didn't have avocado in it. ???
This location is always busy..because they have good cooks yes my friends there is a difference. Went to another location up on the hill in West ..yikes awful cooks I couldn't believe it had to toss it on the trash wouldn't give it to my dog or even a stray dog to eatThis location you'll never have a problem with Quality and will Always be Satisfied
This particular El Poyo Loco is awesome. The chicken & The rest of their entres taste much better than other ones even nearest to me especially their chicken, so tasty juicer. You get that charbroiled taste. Their costumer service is always great . They haven't messed up my orders through drive through. I give 5 stars. ?
There is no one in the drive thru so I decided to walk inside to order. The lady tells me it will be a minute before they take my order. There is no one else ordering but they are working on the customer before me order. Then someone pulls up to the drive thru and she attend the drive thru person order. I thought I was next, on top of that they started working on the drive thru person order before even taking my order. Which means they have me waiting 5 mins before taking my order and took the person who was here AFTER me that was in the drive thru
I went to the Pollo loco to try their loaded nachos. They were not what I was expecting. There is nothing loaded about these nachos I had better nachos at Taco Bell. I'm really disappointed with Pollo loco with their small nachos and overpriced nachos. Their chicken is really good just this experience was not to my liking.
I guess management changed. They always ignore my order. When i go ask how much longer for my order they check the screen and my order is no where to be found ?♀️. They need to be more organized.

Rude. They argued with my mom about her order when it was their fault for taking down the order incorrectly. My mom was patient and explained to the rude associate they missed an item. She clearly said what she wanted. Why did they argue and didn’t just begin a separate order? She wasn’t looking to get anything free. She just wanted her order after a long day of massage therapy sessions. She was willing to pay and wanted her food. But the associate ARGUED.I’ve been in customer service for 15 years. You don’t argue with customers. You repeat their order back to them. You don’t take it personally and focus on whatever is missing and find immediate solutions and tell them: “I apologize for the mistake. Let me get you your food in a separate order.”
