I used to come here about 3 years ago the place was a mess dirty restrooms filthy dining really bad customer service everyone was so rude....... IVE BEING COMING BACK A FEW TIMES BUT NOW ITS ONLY 1 RESTROOM FOR CUSTOMERS BUT LET ME TELL YOU THEY KEEP IT SUPER CLEAN ALWAYS SMELLING LIKE BLEACH THE FOOD IS GOOD THE DINING REALLY CLEAN THE ONLY BAD THING IS THE SERVICE I GOT HELP BY DOLORES (not true her name is ashley i heard a cook calling her by that name and she answered) SHE SHOULDNT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE LUCKY ME THE MANAGER WAS ON SITE AND I HAD A TALK WITH HER I TOLD MY FRIES WERE COLD AND SUPER SALTY I LET HER KNOW I ASK HER EMPLOYEE IF SHE COULD CHANGE THEM FOR HOT FRIES AND SHE SAID NO BECAUSE I HAD TOUCH THEM ALREADY BUT THE MANAGER SUSAN KINDLY GAVE ME HOT NEW FRIES SHE WAS REALLY FRIENDLY I HAD TALK WITH HER SHE EXPLAIN THE MANAGEMENT HAD CHANGE AND THAT EXPLAINS ALOT JUST THAT ONE RUDE EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT SHOULD HAVE A TALK WITH HER THATS NO WAY TO TREAT AND OLDER PERSON WITH DISABILITIES SUSAN EVEN HELP ME ON MY WAY TO THE TABLE TO TAKE A SEAT I JUST HOPE SUSAN IS HERE NEXT TIME I VISIT.......BUT NEW MANAGEMENT GREAT JOB KEEPING THE PLACE CLEAN AND HAVING FRESH HOT FOOD
I absolutely had the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I visited the Baldwin Park Store #1274, Today 4-1-2022 at 12:01pm. I had ordered lunch via the drive thru for me and my family. Everything was going smoothly until I pulled into the lot to check my order. I was missing the Cheddar Quesadilla from my order. I pulled back into the drive thru. I told them at the speaker and they said to pull up. Once I waited for the vehicle in front of me to move I pulled to the window. I told them what was going on that I was missing an item. The employee at the window then accused me of lying as she stated she packed the bag stating it must be in there. I said its not and offered to hand her the bag back as I checked it thoroughly. She then turned away and then turned back stating the same, I again offered the bag for her to check. Then from what I believe was the manager on duty approached the window and accused me of lying as well. The manager then stated she was the one who packed the bag. At this time I proceeded to place the bag of food on the drive thru window ledge for them to check as I have no reason to lie over $4 in food. After her digging thru the bag twice then stating there was a second bag. She then back tracked stating ok ok its not in there ill get you one and handed the bag back, about 1 minute later handed me the missing item in a new bag. I felt I was being accused of lying over food as I am person of size. Theres no reason for me to lie over food. The first employee also had Acylic nails which is against CA Code 113973 without gloves with a mask that didnt cover her nose and almost didnt cover her mouth which i saw her adjust many times by grabbing the front of it and adjusting it nearly 5 times in the short time i was at the window
Worst place in drive thru! My family and I were returning from a very tired trip, we were hungry and decided to go to the taco, I was waiting for 20 minutes for someone to take my order, there was no line of cars, just no one took it, I went ahead at the window and when the employee (Daniel) was in front of me he told me he was in the bathroom and if i wanted to order i had to go around the drive thru again and order from there!!! As a client this is annoying and people like this should not have a job like this if they do not know how to treat people
this place is amazing! I go to school really close and always get lunch here, the staff is the nicest, even though it's fast food service. The food is always fresh and they make in my opinion the best fries, especially for high-schoolers the price is really good. I'm so glad I go here for lunch they are just so nice
I went thru the drive thru on the way home. Placed my order and they screwed it up. Called back to them and left a message that night on their recorder. I never got a call back. Called the next day and left a message with the cashier for a manager to call me back. That never happened. They can keep their food. Because of their terrible service I will never go back there. They used to be the best Del Taco in the Los Angeles County area. No longer
This Del Taco location seems to avoid taking late night orders on many many occasions when there are team members still inside and still within their posted operation hours. I used to go to this location all the time but for the past 5 to 7 times they have been disappointing. This isn't a last minute order, it could be one hour before closing, two hours, sometimes even three hours before closing they will refuse order by not answering. When you go to the window and wave someone down, they will still refuse to take your order. Other times, they could be hiding in an corner playing with their phones.Whoever is managing this place, please work on you and your workers attitude and discipline. And if you don't want to take orders, CHANGE your operation hours and post yourself as CLOSED.

This used to be at the Del Taco to go to. You jump off the freeway grab your food come back on very convenient. However it's gone downhill I literally just watch the staff member duck in order to not be seen that way they didn't have to take an order 20 minutes before closing. That kind of stuff is very disappointing.
Ordered deluxe chili cheddar fries.Fries were cold.Chili was cold.Service not all that.I've had better from other del taco.This one is pretty whack.
Their tacos lacks being a taco. See photo. Barely any meat, the meat that is ..is a row that is pencil thin. They are not what they were before. Not worth the Tuesday 3 for $1.69 deal. Its not worth that small amount. I am disappointed. I would give no stars. Baldwin Park location at Ramona and Syracuse.
