I’m a frequent chipotle customer, and I was so pleased with my experience at this location that I was excited to write this review. All employees were busy, and what looked to be like the manager stepped in to give them a hand. At one point one of the employees asked how to prepare an item that was ordered and she was so kind to him and helped him learn. I know it seems kind of insignificant, but I’ve been in situations where managers treat new employees so poorly. The food was so delicious and the restaurant was clean; good vibes! The restrooms were also well kept and the drinks were well stocked. It’s also really close to the freeway. 10/10 recommend.
Don’t order through app, portions are horrible. Staff are rude!!!

When ordering the food they did not offer a discount or let me know in advance that because of spoon or fork shortage I would eat with my hand this is very inconvenient my daughter had to go next door to Waba Grill to get some forks the manager said she had a shortage was very rude . I’m a customer of chipotle for 6 years I had never faced this problem any other chipotle in Pasadena, arcadia or Glendale only here in Balwin park who ever does the supplies order did not do their job I’m never ? coming here I will let my coworkers and family this place is a joke
I LOVE THIS STORE! I actually live by 2 different Chipotles but make the 10 minute specifically to this Baldwin Park store. The food is ALWAYS fresh and line is ALWAYS stocked! I know because I eat here every Friday and have NEVER been disappointed. The workers here see me so often that they already know my order! Rice & bean on the side, Sofritas, Veggies, and everything except guac. I want to specifically shout out Manny (sadly, moved to opening shifts), Nayeli, Isabella, The person with the Pinoy Tattoo on his left arm, the guy with long hair, the brunette who is sometimes scheduled with Isabella, and the cashier who sometimes has cool eye makeup. They ALWAYS have a smile on their face and are super friendly!Shout out to the Chipotle CREW at Garvey Store.-Johnny (Backpack Dude)
Child plate. looks great but realized when they said the bag was all packed, it was without utensils, so the little guy will have trouble eating.
If I could put 0 stars I would. Terrible from the moment I walked in they were so unorganized and seemed as if no one knew what they were doing. First guy looked lost and was just looking around while trying to take my order then the second guy once he tried rolling the burrito it seemed as if he didn’t know how to roll one just tossing it and flipping it and rubbing the burrito all over the table. Then everything came out the burrito and was on the table with no foil or tortilla. they grab it all and scooped it onto another tortilla which it all looked nasty by that time and even other customers were looking and said it looked gross. Unfortunately I had already paid so I asked if they can just make me a new burrito for I did not want to eat that burrito they kept trying to save. The girl mya then tried giving attitude that they sanitize the counter and i had to tell her again that I want a new burrito. If I hadn’t had already paid I would of walked out. When she made me my new burrito she just took off in the middle and someone else had to help me then when she cane roll the burrito it seemed like she did not know how to either. I swear I wished I was able to hop over and do it myself. I got attitude too asking for my receipt. Overall the worst chipotle I’ve ever been too and really bad customer service. They need to hire better employees and train them better as well. No one should have to deal with all this, the employees should be trained to do their job and have better customer service.

This chipotle is the best location in the area! recently moved out of the area but for 2 years I would find my self here almost every day. Not sure why but it felt like their meat, food, and guac was always fresh. They are very clean and have a great crew! They would have always called me by my first name and would automatically know what I want. Thank you guys!Sincerely,Atrin H
Consistently overstaffed yet find only two hands for the line while BOH milks each restocking task they can create. Line employees create one menu item at a time rather than build orders simultaneously and inefficiency plagues this establishment along with the embarrassing fact that this team is unable to wrap a regular sized non modified burrito.
