Went through the drive-thru and turn around and parked was checking the bag and I was missing my fries so I had to get out of the car go inside ask for my fries the fries were cold by the time I got back to my car to eat my hamburger my hamburger was cold
Bad Experience coming her on a Sunday morning, I waited about 10 .ins I. Line with one car ahead of me. It's just a slow process and no Ice coffee and no flavored coffee. My Burrito and hasbrowns to eat on frwy road trip and my bacon egg burrito was all egg didn't taste any cheese or bacon till last few bites. I'm not sure if they know how to mix the Ingredients properly . Hashbrowns were not even hot or warm; they were like if just sitting out, not really hot at all.
I came yesterday's around 730 and they fraudulently charged me. I know because it was the only place I went. And they charged little by little $1 then another dollar and another eventually more til it was all the money. And guess what when you call it goes straight to voice-mail. Hacks. Oh and also it was money I had received for donating plasma. So they stole money that I had received for helping someone with a LIFE SAVING TREATMENT. You wanna have your voice mail set up too okay let's see what the people who read this think then
I'm going to say that they have great customer service cleanest bathrooms ever they always get the order right and never fails
I was there on Monday 12-6-21 I went through drive thru n I was there waiting for 10 minutes because the line wasn't moving lucky for me no one was behind me so pulled out from drive thru n decided to go in and order my food took the guy at least 3 minutes to get my order, n took them another 8 minutes for me to get my order which was a single combo and ended up getting to work late! last time I go to that location!!!

I ordered the 6 piece star chicken and I also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich because 6 wasn't enough. I counted 12 pieces of chicken nuggets and while I appreciated the 6 extra pieces I now have too much food and became a waste of money.
Order 2 charbroiler chicken sandwiches and 2 fries. Never again chicken was NOT cooked and had a lot of bacon fat on it was really awful for $27. Try calling them but no one picks up. Plus I borrowed a car to go get it, before they went to work. So it's in the trash, Carl's Jr isn't what it use to be quality and fresh and worth biting into it.
They are soo nice and the food was fresh!
Still like eating their burgers.
