BK was super busy when I went to place my order inside. The cashier was new, so it added to the wait time a great deal; however very pleasant and helpful with taking orders. A couple of customers had been waiting a long time to receive their meals. The shift manager saw what was going on and immediately stepped up and began getting the orders for those who had been waiting. She thanked them and apologized for the wait, and also was kind in giving them a free side of onion rings. That is what I like to see in customer service. For that alone, I would definitely return! The BK King and chicken fries tasted great!
Staff is friendly and don't mess up my order. Plus food tastes better than the one on peck in El Monte.Hands down the better of the two!
This is my absolute favorite Burger Kings store. The store manager is so friendly and she is so good at what she does. She puts pride into her work, and it really shows. I can tell all her employees are lucky to have her. The food was amazing, everything fresh and hot.
Meat was burned bread was cold no cheese not good I have gone to others and it’s really good but not here

Love the fact they added iced coffee to the menu. Mocha flavor is my favorite. It's what brought me back to BK. Friendly service.
If you trying to get uber eats here or anything here dont get it Here Casue they really messed up my order and waited for like a hour also gotten a ch king with fries and onions rings I didn't even get my fries plus the manager there was saying to my uber wait wait wait, there was this one time I wanted to get food here but didn't even know the dining until they told me after If you want a messed up order what they did be my guest and go here you might as well go to another BK
The worst . Waited 15 minutes in drive thru line. Line would not move Had to tell all the cars to backup so I can get out. Huge inconvenience for those who come here for lunch expecting it to be fast because its drive thru. My case is different just giving a heads up to those who have a 30 min lunch break.
The breakfast crew is usually awesome. They do stay working ?
Great place to grab a quick bite to eat, as this place has been remodeled it’s still lacking great service, I have returned several times before posting anything. But still did not provide the service. As someone whom is allergic to one of the condiments on burgers, I always make that a suggestion not to have tomatoes on any of the burgers, I always end up taking a second trip to have my food remade. It’s pretty frustrating after several attempts to get my orders correct the first time I’ve had to ask to have my food remade. Great burger place just incompetent employees
