While at store they were running behind as usual. Waited patiently for food to be done. When food was ready they forgot our corn pieces. When told they were missing they asked us to check and we did again and they didn’t magically appear. Showed them online order and when they returned with them they did not put proper seasoning. After trying to approach them again due to their error they ignored our request to get what we rightfully paid for. This location has slowly but surely declined in order execution and customer service. I think management needs to look at how they lead their team and expectations. Usually a decline like is related to poor leadership.
poor servicei recently attempted to place an order through the wing stop app but all my attempts were being disabled. I tried to call and all my calls didn’t go through. I decided to go down myself to make an order at the location. Once i got there i noticed the phone was off the line and when i asked the employee working there “why my orders and calls weren’t going through she ignored my question. I can understand if it’s busy BUT IT WAS NOT BUSY ?? get a crew who can manage its restaurant. Being able to take orders numerous ways is apart of the fast food industry. This location isn’t it all ????????
I love the prices and the food! However this time they burnt my tenders and put seasoning on the fries after I asked for no seasoning.
Was charged for a large container of ranch dressing that I never received. Wings were swimming in grease. When I tried to call there number was busy for over 40 attempts so I couldn't even complain to management
The wings aren't good unless you get ranch or any other dipping sauce. That's literally the number one thing to get yet they forgot it. What's funny is that the dipping sauce is included in the wing pack. This is the first time they forgot to give me dipping sauce.
When I picked up my delivery the food was ready and relaxing atmosphere.
These fried look and taste like they were sitting in oil for days. Save your money.

Did a walk in order. Notice other customers did orders through the app. They came in gave name. Got their food and done. So I expected a wait. I'll take the hit....30 mins to an hour goes by. La la la waiting. Til one of the guy's from the back. I guess he noticed me sitting. Asked my name. Looked on the rack with the dashers or Uber eats pick up. My order. Cold. Especially the fries. I just took the bag without my drink and left.
