Customer service is horrible ... I was on hold for 10min then called from another phone while I was on hold Someone else answer and ask me to put me on hold again and I said no because I been on hold already! Then she said she helping a customer ...I am a customer too ??♀️ hangs up phone to call the one on Stockdale very polite no hold .. omw to pick up food ?
Supervisor said there's not enough fries for walk in orders. Only online, but yet there's a huge batch coming out of the fryer every 5 minutes.Only fountain drinks available were extremely limited to about 4 options.What kind of bull ish is that!! You guys are freaking pathetic.Also their restrooms are dirty asfk.No wonder they get paid minimum wage.

Ordered on line and the order never arrived so I called the store and was told it was door dashes mistake, called Doordash and they said it was the store's mistake. I was also told my order would be REMADE and I could come get it. I picked up cold old food that was obviously the original order and never freshly remade. I will not be back.
Dude I haven’t been here in a while I go back it’s a disaster! Where’s my girl the tall girl with the bun she was always on top of it! Good was cold gave me the wrong flavors as well called them literally hung up on me. If I’m spending $50 the least you can do is fix it. Griselda would!!!! Bring my girl back
I always end up waiting awhile for my order, but it tends to get really busy so I understand. For online ordering, I think they should add an additional 10-15 minute wait time. So there aren’t always tons of customers standing around waiting. It seems to overwhelm the employees. The wings are always well worth the wait. The spicy Korean wings are really good!
I love the food so much it’s delicious and I got my food on time and all the employees were very kind
I got to this wingstop after ordering. Online said it should take around 23 to 28 minutes. When I got there I ended up waiting another twenty minutes for my order. I don't will return.
Its pretty good only complain is the way they package fries uncovered alwasy get cold fried from here but chicken is a win
