If I could give zero stars I would. This is literally the worst wing stop in Bakersfield. I called and placed an order at 9:15 was told my order would be done in 18 minutes. Got there checked my order it was completely wrong had to wait 40 minutes to get it back get home and it still be WRONG. Called to complain and to receive a refund and got to deal with a teen that wanted to argue about how she didn’t make the order wrong. Lol. Don’t eat here. -10 stars they tried to tell me this is Cajun when it’s clearly atomic or some type of hot literally burning my eyes just smelling this. If this was their new Cajun they clearly could’ve stated that, but it’s not because this is what they gave me the first time and had me wait 40 minutes just to give me this same exact WRONG flavor!

Super salty with these DRY wings, wingstop use to be the place to go. Now I just won’t go anymore after this visit. I remember the days when ppl took pride in there work, no matter the work. Ppl pay too much for this lack of quality. P.S separate the wings when they come out the fryer, I’m at home picking dry wings apart with no flavor. How is this place still open

I gave this wing stop location a two. One star for the service excellence that used to be here and one star for the because I know the owners themselves operate in excellence. The other three blank starts are for the customer service, professionalism and the food now. We would frequent this location as least once a week before this year however since the customer service as rapidly declined something needs to be addressed. Throughout this year I’ve called to place an order and my calls have always gone unanswered no matter the time. It got so bad one time I called was on hold and walked in the store still on hold. There were roughly 6 employees the two front cashiers on their phones a few people in the center also on and off their phones with music blasting overhead and from personal phones and a manager that later came from the back. When the girl came to the register I asked her if there was a problem with the phones and she said “we probably didn’t hear it” and I explained to her that I was on still on hold and she said “oh” a different time same thing no customers in store and I tried to order from my car so I could complete some online work while I waited and no one answered. I let the phone ring while I walked in and once again both cashiers were in their phones and I asked why no one was answering the calls. They said “oh something must be wrong with them” I said no that’s me on the phone right now, it’s ringing is there a reason no one is answering. They got the manager he apologized and stated something was wrong with the phones. Both times I paid extra for my order a certain way in which the cashier later fixed when I returned back to the store. Last night same thing. I tried calling repeatedly while my boyfriend was on the phone with me for 30 min prior to him walking in the store. ( I was supposed to call ahead and order) I asked him again if the store was busy he said no but the music is blasting and it’s like kids just messing around in here. He ordered an more than hour later our food was done. He ordered an extra 5 pc and paid for all flats which the 5 of was never added and his wings were not flats. (Not a big deal but it is when you pay for it) this location really used to be my favorite but the overall quality is just horrible now.

Picked up my order today and there was heck of oil all in the food containers, so much that it started leaking on the bag . You would’ve thought they would’ve drained the oil.I had just worked a full shift and didn’t feel like going back and then on top of that my food had feathers in it. I will not be ordering from here again.

Customer service was horrible took them an hour to give us our order all the carry out orders where going out and all the dinning in wasn’t there was a few customers there including me that we had to go up and ask for our orders and still took them a while to get them ready never going back to this place if they don’t care why should we this places forget that the customers are the ones who keep them in business they can’t run a business without customers

Customer service department needs training. This wingstop has a history of terrible customer service. Owners need to look into it and review the past history. Worse customer service I ever saw. So disappointed

This is the second time there has been a problem getting the french fries that I ordered. First time, I paid for fries and didn't get any. This time I ordered LG french fry and received a LG cheese fry, I don't like cheese fries! I may give them one more try.

There is a woman that works there. She is extremely hostile. I was scared to finish my meal. She yelled at me and other customers for changing our orders or asking for additional sauce! She is a menace. I won’t be returning. Her co-workers supported her decisions and allowed her to disrespect and again SCREAM at customers! I didn’t get her name because she refused to wear her name tag, but she was African-American and about 5’7. You guys be careful. I was scared she would spit in our food. Steer clear of this location.

Slow . Unorganized . Slow people. Needs more people . Service completely trash . From a 30 min wait to a 2 hour wait .
